My 20-year old roof at my rental property was showing signs of wear and tear and needed a new underlayment so I hired Scott Roofing to do the new installation to replace my old roof. They did a great job, kept me informed of the progress and sent photos.

We just had our leaky roof replaced by Lyons Roofing and they were absolutely amazing. They were the most helpful and responsive company we talked to by far, and they did a great job on the roof. We highly recommend them.

The underlayment on our roof was replaced last year by Hardacker Roofing.
I just realized that I had not taken the time to write a review so I apologize for being late.
My wife and I were extremely happy and satisfied with the work that Clyde had provided. In fact we just referred him to our next door neighbor for a similar job.
They were fast , professional, neat and their price was fair.

My roof was not leaking but it was 24 years old. The thought of someday repainting high ceilings was not appealing so I had budgeted for a replacement. I got multiple estimates and checked out all contractors with Az. ROC. The five bids I received ranged from high to temptingly low. I wanted to save money and go cheap but didn't sleep well. After thorough consideration I picked the company with the best reputation -Stapleton Roofing. The job took about a week and went very smoothly. All Stapeton employees were helpful and highly professional . They demonstrated concern for me and my home and never took short cuts. Stapleton's bid was very competitive and honest. I had noticed that many people in my neighborhood had been using In-Ex for their roof projects so I decided to give them a call as I had my original roof and it was a matter of time before I would start having problems.
I was very pleased with In-Ex Designs and everyone I was in contact with during the process from the estimator to the guys on the job to the people I spoke with at the office. The price was reasonable and the job was completed when they said it would be. Calls and emails were returned promptly when I had questions. I had new paper put down over the entire roof and tiles reinstalled. The workers arrived promptly every day and got after it! Care was taken to ensure as little mess from the project as possible and the clean up was great - I could not have asked for better cleanup! I would recommend In-Ex.

Don't know what you are talking about

Scheduled 2 days ago due to a leak that started 2 days ago. Contractor shows up 20 minutes late only to say they don't do flat roofs. This is urgent, and I don't understand why this detail isn't asked when scheduling.

Now I'm 2 days in to living under a leaking asbestos roof that could be molding and might as well have just ignored the problem for 2 days.

OK-I'm the guy who provided a negative review in the past. Seems that we had a terminal communication problem. I apparently asked too many questions which the owner took as being to intrusive. Well-the communication issue was more the product of two grumpy old men being set in their ways. We finally got our act together and Circle-G did the job-foamed the metal roof on a screened porch (my mothers house) in Scottsdale. The Circle-G folks were worried that we would not see much of a temperature drop due to the openness of the screened porch. So-we actually measured the temperature before and after. More than a 20 degree swing in the temperature-we no longer can cook meat on the floor. Moreover-they arrived ON TIME and did exactly what they told us they would do. Very good job.

I called Freddie after I discovered water leaking into my garage. He came out Saturday morning, gave a reasonable quote, and fixed the roof the same day! He fast, friendly, and efficient!

It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. My wife and I were extremely pleased and will recommend them to our friends.
