I initially dismissed Capstone judgment based on other company's incorrect assessment. I'm disappointed that the highly rated other contractor was wrong. He said that my leak was due to a small error and that he fixed it. But that was not the case as evidenced by current moisture and leaking. I'm glad that capstone roofing was honest and didn't try to give minimal/no treatment, possibly in pursuit of ranking and social media placement.

Unfortunately did not experience the same level of service as other reviews have claimed.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...

My neighbor is getting his roof done. I get woken up at 6 am to loud people and nail guns. Without any warning. I also have had multiple different cars park directly in front of my house and block my driveway without any communication. If their business is anything like how they act I wouldn’t use them.

As expected, Overson Roofing was a good company for the job - a new roof. Working with Joey (Estimator) and Jessica (Office contact) and the fellows who did the roofing work was pleasant and straightforward. We are pleased with the quality of the roof and the quality of the work performed. An interesting tidbit: others in the neighborhood stopped by and wrote down the company's name and contact info.

Circle G replaced my roof in 2020. Replacement came with a 5 year leak warranty. I was going to put my house on the market for sale and was curious about the condition of the roof after 3 years. Joe came right out and inspected it for no charge and assured me that it was in great shape and nothing currently needed for me or the future buyer. Very responsive, very honest and reliable. They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. They looked everything over and now the rain is here and we are completely leak free this year!! Thank you so much!!
