Best Repairs Inspections in Phoenix AZ

We hired Scott Roofing to re-roof our home last February after it was in poor shape from lack of repair and exposure to the elements. At all times during the job they were exceedingly careful to keep the job site clean and to leave no mess at the end of the day. Our family really appreciated that. We also had a lot of interaction with our roofing consultant who was a true blessing. We only have high praise for the quality of your work which we will, of course, appreciate over the years. We can and do recommend your work to others.

I was relieved to finally have a professional company provide me with an honest response to my roofing project! I had a couple of other companies give me estimates that were outlandish, and in my opinion, out to take advantage of my situation. My side of the story was a convoluted mess! But Chad & Veronica navigated through it most gracefully & graciously. I had contracted with them to replace the underlayment of my 24 yr. old tile roof in expectation of selling the house in the near future. I paid the deposit for materials & was waiting for the scheduled project, (meanwhile, there was 1 VERY messed up tile on my roof that they came & fixed while waiting for the final project) when at the last minute I sold my house in record time with a large buying firm. Chad agreed to refund me my deposit minus the restocking fee & a small fee for the 1 tile repair. Then......I learned that my new house needed roofing attention. I asked Chad to use some of that refund for the repairs on the new house, only to find out that the company I was buying from said they'd be fixing the roof. So, again, I was putting Chad off. He was so very gracious, communicative & understanding. I'm not sure I trust this large company to do the repairs to my satisfaction, so I intend to call Allstate Roofing once again! I KNOW Allstate does great work because I researched them diligently before ever contacting them in the first place.

Our Arcadia home was in dire need of extensive roof repair. Lots of wood replacement and 3 layer tear-off. KY-KO promise that the work would be done with the utmost care of garden and landscaping that is all around the perimeter of roof. They tarped off everything and cleaned up daily, the carpentry was done with precision. And over all a great experience. Recently, we had some damage from a microburst, and they came out to replace the damaged shingles. They are timely, informative, and do great work. Amazing customer service from the first call! I originally spoke to Ashley when requesting a quote, being a new home owner this was all new to me, she suggested I set up multiple companies to provide competitive quotes.

My husband and I had our insurance company come out to look at wind damage and they said it was “repairable.” Phoenix roofing came out to take a second look and they worked with our insurance company and got us a full roof replacement! Communication was GREAT. The crew worked hard to get the job done right before the holidays like we were hoping and did a great job cleaning up! I I highly recommend!!

Worst experience, I have ever had with a company! I signed my contract and gave my deposit back in December 2022, it is now March 2023 the materials have been sitting in front of my house for a month and I still don’t have a date as to when my repairs will be started! Dakota was my sales rep and after I signed my contract he just disappeared and I couldn’t get ahold of him. I was finally fed up with the lack of communication, so I reached out to get my deposit back. I was then in contact with Jason who is just as bad as Dakota the lack of communication is unreal! I have told them multiple times that this repair was emergent due to the leaking in my kitchen ceiling every time it rains, but no one seems to care about that! Highly recommend you find a different company to work with if you want to be able to get ahold of them and get updates or your project completed in a timely manner because you won’t get it with this company!

This company did a great job for us. We had a leak and they came promptly, gave us a quote and explained what was needed and discussed options. They replaced our roof quickly, since they know we had the leak. They were polite, easy to deal with, and professional and completely cleaned up afterwards. I whole heartedly recommend them to one and all.
