First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. Owners are honest and easy to communicate with. Employees worked all day every day and were always on time and courteous. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and I was then informed of the work to be completed the following day. I received everything that was contracted for and then some. After 3 wrong companies. I called Michael and he resolved my roofing problem easily. They were very punctual and efficient. Michael was also very easy to work with.

This company had been nothing but issues ive work for this company almost three months.
Today is the friday the 6 2019 and have been off for four days.i have called the company called my superviser to see whats going on.I have left many messages for the company to call and got nothing.im very disgruntled about this situation and whats going on.company sucks.

What can you say about Turner and his crew at NextGen!? Well there is so much. Thanks to the crazy monsoon of 2022, we need tiles replaced and underlayment also. From the moment I met Turner, I knew I was going to use NextGen for our roof repair. He was professional, knowledgeable and he listened to my concerns. This was a claim filed with my insurance company, so there was a little bit of a delay but this was no fault of NextGen, they communicated with me while waiting. Frank the tank, oh wait, the general manager, he is to be commended as well. He was just as knowledgeable and professional as Turner. Customer service is rough nowadays, you never know what you are going to encounter on the other line, well I can tell you, NextGen has it. They have what it takes to make it in a competing world of doing a good job and taking care of the customer. Hey Turner, your dad would be proud. ;)

My total experience with Durafoam Roofing was excellent.

I first heard about them on Rosie on the house.
We called them to come out to quote a replacement for my roof with new urethane foam and shingle roofing. Lance the estimator came out on time and gave a fair bid, so we signed up and everything turned out great. I was just really impressed with the quality and experience these guys had. I have never met people like that in my life with that level of customer service. They truly do everything to please the customer. And everyone of their people is pleasant. They leave your yard and surroundings absolutely pristine that you couldn't tell that anybody has ever been there at all.

So all in all, I just think that they're outstanding. I would definitely consider them to do your roofing. I was very pleased and I would use them again in a minute. They're wonderful and a professional company.

Used Centrik to replace my entire roof, they replaced plywood, skylight, brought vents to code and the tile installation was first class- best roof in the neighborhood- family run company - they care about quality and their reputation!
