Our home flooded Recently from a busted pipe and we had a ton of water damage. I decided to call Servpro of NW Phoenix and I am so glad I did! They were so quick to solve our problem! They were so helpful and kept us in the loop every step of the way! Their customer service is amazing and I highly recommend them!

There are not enough words to express our gratitude to the entire SERVPRO team. We had a water leak in our kitchen and Christmas was around the corner. From the moment we called the front office, we were met with such kindness and courtesy. Thank you Mary and any other staff we came in contact with. It felt like the company bent over backward to come out to our home and get our mitigation underway. Tony, our project manager, was prompt, thorough and always available to answer our questions. He really moved the job along quickly.

Jakob and Dustin were amazing! They responded late at night for our water damage! They were super thorough and worked so hard and explained everything to us in detail. They remediated quickly and cleaned everything perfectly. Highly recommend!!!

DRR was quick, empathetic and effective. I had another restoration crew tell me that I needed to replace the whole floor after a water burst and to not even attempt to dry the floor. DRR came in and dried everything up and took care of the project in about a week. Highly recommend

Ron and his team just finished the demo for our kitchen. They did a great job. They were very careful and quick. All was cleaned up when they were done and we are now on to our next phase.

Tom and his crew were very knowledgeable and thorough. They did not try to oversel me -- just recommended what was needed to take care of my problem and then came out and did it. They were on time, professional and very friendly. I can't recommend these guys enough for mold remediation or any other air quality issues you might have!

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

We were about to have over 50 guests show up for a graduation party for our children when my wife discovered a leak in our garage- OH NO!!!! I had a friend refer R2 Fire and Water. From the moment I called Justin, I knew I was in the right hands. He arrived almost immediately and put my wife and at ease. The process was seamless with all their knowledge and skill set. BlueSky Restoration provided the best customer service. They followed up on a regular basis and gave us a very competitive price. They are definitely a vendor you can trust in completing the project from beginning to end. They also provided us with a free estimate for the repairs prior to the work being approved to be completed. I would definitely recommend.

Be careful working with this company if you are a temporary worker. They love to exercise their power over you.

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
