My only complaint with this company is that after sending them blueprints of two large projects I needed proposals of and after being told three times that they were interested and would get back to me, they never contacted me with a yes or a no? Would have been professional to at least tell me they were to busy.

I had called Stapleton roofing for a roof replacement. They sent out a kid that couldn't be older than 21 years old. He hardly knew what he was talking about or doing even with me pointing him to all the areas of the roof that needed extra attention. I waited a whole week to get a proposal and nothing. I then called them back and they had concerns because I had a flat roof. Mind you I don't need any work done to my flat at all. I only need my shingles to be replaced. The comment they made was they would need to redo my flat roof as well if they wanted me to do the shingles. Which makes no sense. And then instead of giving me a proposal anyways they stated I was just going to be over 12k I didn't provide any back up to what they were talking about. There's no way my roof would cost that much. and even if it did they didn't even take the time to write up an appropriate proposal. If you don't want to do the job just say that.

Mike Petersen was referred to me by my handyman to fix 3 slipped tiles on my roof for the sale of my home. Mike offered to come out at no charge and fix it for me, but he went above and beyond by checking my whole roof and fixing all the potential problems! Can’t thank him enough!!

They now do re-roofs for all those homes at the 15-20 year mark.Get a hold of them, I worked with John, one of the Residential estimators there. From the minute he showed up until the final cleanup of my property it was all communicated to me daily, status of the job, issues they came across and lastly the Final walk of the roof with photos so I could see the results and attention to detail these professionals have. I used Centrik a year ago for my casita with a unique tile roof. Augusto, said no problem and he did very timely, exactly how I asked and he had the best price! What can be better? Then we had a repair on our house (tile), and he came out and gave a fair quote and knocked it out beautifully within a week. This time I didn't even get another quote. I knew I was getting the best. Don't go with the big corporate folks; too expensive and you wait way too long. Stay local and go with Centrik.

After our roof suffered damage from a wind storm, we selected In-Ex Designs roofing in Scottsdale, AZ, to help us replace the roof.
The company assigned Dan to assist us. Dan and the Co. were amazing ! They did a great job negotiating with the Insurance Co,
and got them to replace our entire roof. They did a very quick and efficient job replacing the roof and cleaned everything so well !

I just had my roof replaced by Pro-Tec Contracting. And I have to tell ya... I’m sooo happy with the quality and speed of the installation. Love the color as well. When they finished, they cleaned up the yard and raked my flower beds, so they looked like new bark was added. Their team was so professional and friendly...Thank you, Forever Pro-Tec Contracting! ❤
