RENCO Roofing - Excellent Experience. The last several windstorms have done a number on my roof, lots of loose tiles and so some repairs needed to be made. I called several companies but of the ones I contacted, RENCO Roofing responded the quickest. Lars came out, explained the problems, outlined solutions and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The repairs were completed quickly and very professionally.

This was an Excellent Experience!!!

Cons:
The estimator was 4 hours late.
The paper estimate didn't come until I harassed them for a copy.
The repair was rescheduled twice. (Emergencies kept bumping my appointment even though I was scheduled?)
The repair guys laid in the middle of my driveway while they waited for more parts to be delivered.
There wasn't any communication at all from the business's end. I only found out of the rescheduling, payment options, estimate copies, etc because I called each time. (No proactive measures were taken)
I was talking to my S/O and used the phrase I feel like I'm begging them to take my money & do the work...

Pros:
The price. They came in well under-budget and blew away four other estimates, once by well over a grand.
The repairs were done quickly and efficiently.
Invoice/payment was all online and simple to complete.
Electronic/PDF documents (estimate and receipt) via email.
I assume that the quality is pretty good (there are no more birds on my roof, there aren't any leaks and the plywood looks new).
No dust, debris or mess was left - it was all cleaned up as promised.

Overall:
If you have the time and energy to be your own advocate with this company, I say go for it. If you're out of town or unable to manage the procedural aspect that will be required of you to actually start the process, I'd recommend checking a few other places out.

From the first call to the finish I was completely happy with the service and work done. The ease of getting the quote, picking the shingles and setting the work dates was awesome. Would definitely refer to friends and family as will as use again on other properties when needed.

Its an ok company

Highly recommend. Needed to get bids for my house and Russ at Gryphon was the only one who was able to give me a straight answer. They got the job done in the time frame that was needed. I enjoyed working with them AND... they clean up after themselves! Excellent!

Professional and on time. Coordinated with HVAC installation company and entire job finished in one day.

I used Centrik a year ago for my casita with a unique tile roof. Augusto, said no problem and he did very timely, exactly how I asked and he had the best price! What can be better? Then we had a repair on our house (tile), and he came out and gave a fair quote and knocked it out beautifully within a week. This time I didn't even get another quote. I knew I was getting the best. Don't go with the big corporate folks; too expensive and you wait way too long. Stay local and go with Centrik.

They acted quickly!

My neighbor is getting his roof done. I get woken up at 6 am to loud people and nail guns. Without any warning. I also have had multiple different cars park directly in front of my house and block my driveway without any communication. If their business is anything like how they act I wouldn’t use them.

I highly recommend Four Peaks Roofing…the owners are very knowledgeable & honest. They got my roof done right away, the crew was very professional & cared about the clean up. I am very happy with my new roof!

I hired Circle G Roofing to apply polyurethane foam to my commercial building in Scottsdale Joe senior in his sons explain every detail and answered all of my questions and was able to do the job on time and on budget I would definitely recommend them and will hire them again for another project thank you Circle G. As a Realtor I have quite the selection of roofers to choose from, so I hope reading this helps clarify your decision. I've had multiple roof bids from Apple Roofing (Kevin) and they have always been extremely competitive. Kevin did a job for me in Scottsdale, was on time, communicative, and very reasonably priced.

My grandma had a mesquite tree brushing up against her roof, causing about 20 shingles to be damaged. I text Kevin, he gave me a bid & was on the roof and completed the repair within 5 days.
