Had my roof replaced 5 years ago by Chad and team. I had called a few other roofers as there was some storm damage that needed to be repaired. Allstate and Chad worked with my insurance company adjuster to obtain authorization prior to starting the work, something none of the others offered to do. Chad matched the replacement tiles perfectly to the existing tiles and all around did a fantastic job. I did spring for a little extra protection from the heavier grade underlayment which I am very happy to have done so for the minimal upgrade cost. We knew some places required wood replacement and all materials and costs were provided upfront for those repairs so no surprises.

The roof has held up great in 5 years and shows no signs of rework needed. Allstate started and finished the work as scheduled and with an amazing amount of quality put into every step. I was very happy to have dealt with the owner of the company rather than a standard salesman type from a larger outfit. I would highly recommend using Allstate and letting them show you their professionalism for any of your roofing needs. I would definitely use them again.

I called for a roof repair and was told my roof is too steep for them to work on and it's really not that steep. ... Don't advertise that your the best and can do it all when you clearly can not.

I have come to value and appreciate my great subcontractors more than they will ever know. Having said that Lyon's is my go to roofing company. They have such an organized process, are responsive, do what they say they are going to do, and their quality is excellent. If you need someone to repair your roof than look no more. I called because we noticed some tile on our roof that was about ready to call and within two hours give or take Josh had it repaired. He also took the time to repair other loose tiles along with checking the rest of the roof for anything that looked abnormal! Price was very affordable and I’m left as a very happy customer! We had some leaks to our patio cover that we had tried (and failed) at repairing ourselves. We reached out to Castile Roofing and Alex was very quick to respond and assist with a quote. Chris came and to inspect and do the repair and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Repair was done in a timely manner and well done.

Will use again for roofing needs.

The crew was very clean and professional, kept my yard/pool super clean and picked up after themselves which I really appreciated! I ask them to kindly to be careful with a camera cable and they did not unplug, instead worked around it without damaging and I was very thankful for that.

Overall the roof repair was satisfactory. The trim and vents were left unpainted even though it was stated in the estimate. There was slight damage to our patio wall paint from falling debris and cement. Finally, I never received a return call after reaching out to the representative to discuss said concerns. No representation once deal was agreed upon.

Had plywood and surface damage on a large 400 sq foot second story 29 year old walk deck/balcony. Pinnacle Roofing did an amazing job repairing existing plywood, adding a second layer of plywood and applying a four step Polycoat coating. The entire staff was helpful and in constant communication with me. I had twelve different companies come out over three months for estimates and was completely satisfied with my choice and the end results from Pinnacle.

Has them out a couple times and they've done fantastic work both times. Friendly, professional, able to talk through the issues and give accurate estimates. Really appreciate all the work they've done on my house!
