Best Full Roof Replacements in Phoenix AZ

Our experience with RENCO Roofing was stellar! Brett Raisanen performed a thorough inspection of our roof and provided a detailed cost estimate. The roof was 22 years old, so it was time to replace. The crew that did the work arrived on time, very efficient and professional, cleaned up and hauled away the debris and completed the whole job in just a day and a half! Wow! Brett followed up the next day and reinspected the roof to make sure everything was done properly. My husband and I couldn't be happier. We highly recommend RENCO for all your roofing needs!

I have used Lyons for two different roof installation jobs spanning almost 20 years apart. They are still providing the same high quality service today as they did back then. Keep up the great service!

As much as I want to give five (5) stars, not able to due to the lack of follow through

Actually, it started out as five (5) stars, only for the customer service to decline the second day into the project and for up to two (2) weeks afterwards.

Pros:
** Estimate was competitive, if not slightly below other quotes I had received
** First day of project, not only did they show up on time, they were early...this fact I was very helpful it would continue through the next day
** The first day the team was focus and getting it done

Cons:
** Even before the project started, I requested an call the day before because I have six (6) special needs (medical and behavioral) dogs, needed to plan a pet sitter...that call did not happen
** Second day, a gentleman came by driving the company truck to drop of replacement roof tiles. I asked when the team would arrive because if I could save money with the pet sitter, that would be great. He made a phone call and I was advised someone will call me shortly with an ETA..it was 7:00 AM at this point
** Second day, same gentleman I asked if there would be a roof inspection after the project was completely, not only did he say that there would be one, he shared what would occur. He even noted he saw a few items that needed to be addressed as he could see from the ground.
** Second day, four (4) hours later, the call never came, at this point it was 11 AM, I called the office and asked for an ETA. I was told to call another person, that person's VM stated he was on vacation, I called back to the office and it was stated I would receive a call within the hour
** Second day, a hour later, no call, I sent an email through their project management tool, that was answered, ninety (90) minutes later the team showed up to complete the job. At this point it was close to 2:00 PM, which meant I could have save a lot of money with the pet sitter
** Week after I sent an email through their portal asking if there would be a final inspection. Here was the response: Hi Kelly, Yes I will be stopping by beginning of next week.I will let you know what day before I come I responded back to let me know day and time so I could have the dogs secured
** Two weeks after above response, I sent a follow-up requesting when would the final inspection occur....never heard back

What started as wow, this is awesome, ended with disappointment due to lack of communication, follow-through, and I have to wonder based upon these gaps, what may be missing, other than what the gentleman pointed out on the second date, on my roof?

I spoke with Jack yesterday. I really appreciate he took the time to answer some of my general roofing questions and provided much knowledge and insight regarding proper installation.

With the recent rain, our roof developed a major leak. I did a bit of research on roofing repairs and found Zona Roofing. I am so glad I did. They immediately responded to shore up the issue and returned to bid and eventually fix the area of the roof with the leak. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs. They have great with communication, upfront with pricing and are professional with all the work they do.

If this is a sign of things to come, I'll be back! And recommend as well. Capstone employee was on time...courteous..honest...and fixed a tile that had lifted for free. All within 15-20 minutes. Good job!

The completed product, completion of new roof was extremely well done. In fact my A/C person said this was the best roofing job that he had seen in over 40 years. Service was excellent and every individual from laborer to supervision were very well informed, knowledgeable and took pride in the work performed.

Greg and his crew did a great job on my roof.......ventilating style roofing.....looks like something that will last about 30 years to come.....filled in areas of roofing that had been forgotten through several roofing companies in the past....I never mentioned it before they did the job and they found that gap on their own.....great job indeed...would recommend them to anyone that was looking to get their roof done.....great job!!!!!

Pro West did a great job w our whole experience w replacing our roof. We worked w Jordan Menke who was very responsive , patient , and professional and was supportive thru all steps of the experience. They are using good quality supplies , have excellent crews w really good workmanship and clean up, have great customer service , a good 5 yr warranty and a big one on the shingles, and their process is very user friendly w the steps which we all appreciate as a customer :) I wd recommend them to anyone and had a great experience :) thanks Jordan :) and thanks Pro West :)

Absolutely horrible experience. Rude and strung out workers, doing a sloppy job and leaving a huge mess behind. Do not use this company.
