We had a pleasant experience having our roof redone by this company. They were very professional. On time for the work. Cleaned up daily while working. They fulfilled all the expectations we had. I would recommend them to others.

We recently had the underlayment replaced on our tile roof, and foam applied on the flat roof. The job was done well, and we are pleased with the results. Eddie Cortez was on top of the details in making sure everything was done right. He checked out every aspect of the work, even climbing back on the roof after the job was finished to paint some of the metal strips (flashing) so that they matched our house paint color, and made sure all the tiles looked good, including bringing in a close match on replacement tiles for some of our older tiles that were broken. He made sure there was a wide enough shingle path around our air conditioner units so that technicians could work around them comfortably without stepping all over the tiles when any AC repair work might need to be done in the future. We thought the professionalism of Lyons was very good, and Mr. Cortez especially.

This company was such a delight to work with!They replaced our underlay on our tile roof and installed a new foam roof on our flat roof.We had several bids that were a little lower but decided to go with them and are very pleased with this company's quality of work, our roof looks great.

We had some leaks to our patio cover that we had tried (and failed) at repairing ourselves. We reached out to Castile Roofing and Alex was very quick to respond and assist with a quote. Chris came and to inspect and do the repair and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Repair was done in a timely manner and well done.

We recently had damage due to strong straight line winds. We called them first thing in the morning and they were there and completely done by noon. Amazing!

My roof is 20 years old. I had numerous damaged or missing tiles due to years of monsoon weather and a blazing sun. In addition to that, there were a couple of leaks above the garage. These were just the surface issues that were obviously very apparent. I had no idea what damage could be lying beneath that surface. I needed to do something, but wasn't sure who to contact, so I began to ask around. A coworker of mine had mentioned that his parents recently used Diversified Roofing, and were very satisfied with the results of their work. So, I gave them a call. I was scheduled to meet with one of their representatives (Daniel S.) within a few days of my initial call. When Daniel arrived, he first conducted a full inspection of my entire roof and patio. He then walked me through all of his findings. He not only mentioned the things that I knew were in need of repair, but also discussed all of the not so apparent issues. First, the underlayment was completely ineffective. As a matter of fact, it disintegrated upon contact, and was in desperate need of replacement. Second, he explained that the roof cricket was not preventing the accumulation of water properly, therefore creating one of the leaks above the garage. He also pointed out that my patio roof had significant water damage, which I had never noticed, and needed to be resurfaced as well. There were a few other minor things as well. Daniel never made me feel like he was upselling me, but instead, looking out for my best interest. He just wanted to provide me with the information that I needed to make the best decision. He emailed the proposal to me which included not only the estimate, but a labelled aerial view of my roof, along with a comprehensive list of the scope of work which was to be performed. Quite frankly, the estimate came in a bit less than I expected. Needless to say, that was a pleasant surprise. So, I awarded Daniel the project. Now, they just had to deliver, and boy did they ever. I received a call from Jon (foreman for my project). Jon coordinated the installation and scheduled the work to begin just a few weeks after the contract had been signed. The day prior to the installation, materials had been dropped off at the house. Early the next day, a crew of 6 showed up and first began to lay plastic, where necessary, around the perimeter of the home. This made for easy clean up at the end. This crew work diligently for 2 straight 8+ hour days. I was very impressed with their work ethic. Yes, it was a bit noisy, with all of the hammering and walking on the roof, but that was to be expected. Due to a prior engagement on day 2, we were not present when they were finish with the installation. When we got home, and much to our surprise, we found the yard all around the house to be absolutely free and clear of any debris. It was as though no one had ever been there. I was completely 100% satisfied. I have to say that after my personal observance, I can't express enough, the appreciation I have for people willing to perform this scope of labor. I highly recommend Diversified Roofing to anyone who needs help with their roofing repairs, replacement or new build. Just remember to ask for Daniel S.

The previous company must not have waited for our roof it to dry as their coating began to flake not long after they recoated it. Terrible! I guess they weren't crazy about quality that day.

Had another company (that had repaired our tile roof in our old home) come out to repair the parts that were peeling off. It turns out that they used the wrong material which had to be scrapped off before recoating.

Duraform was extremely thorough powerwashing, repairing and preparing our roof. And they waiting a good long time for the repairs and recent rain to dry out.

Roof looks great! I'm really happy with these guys.

A final word of advice. Get a flat roof specialist to repair and coat your flat roof.

This was the first time i used overson roofing to replace a shingle roof and a built up roof on my patio. Mike Smyth gave a detailed estimate that i could work with and explained my roof choices so it was easy to understand. Bianca was a huge asset through the entire process as i had to have my solar panels removed through another company before work began with Overson...thanks to her for updating things along the way! Once tear off/install started, Cesar`s crew was efficient and cleaned up every day doing an amazing job. Antonio`s foam crew did a fantastic job on the patio roof and removing damaged fascia. Our supervisor Beau answered every question I came up with regarding roofing products and additional solar panel reinstall after overson had completed the job. Overall a great experience and thank you very much!!

TERRIFIC job and very reasonable price! Henry and his crew were here for the hottest week of the year and worked very long days. They cleaned up all their debris and were very nice too! I will continue to recommend them.

Alan was very professional and easy to work with! We called to have our roof looked at since we had loose tiles with some not even attached correctly to the roof (our house is only 6 years old). He quickly came out and gave us a quote and had it done in a very reasonable amount of time.

I would recommend you have Alan come out and have a roof inspection done to make sure your roof will last for many years to come.

Our overall experience with Express Roofing was wonderful. They did a great job communicating and keeping us informed throughout the whole job. The owner Rene was very professional and provided great customer service. He made us feel comfortable about the whole process. Roof Medics is a top notch company to work with. They replaced my foam roof in February and I have zero complaints. The foreman was excellent and oversaw the quality of work and made sure everything was up to his high standards. They did not cut any corners. They re-installed my air conditioners in better shape then when they were removed for foaming. You could see the attention to detail in every step of the effort.

I had four bids and their bid was the most reasonable and included a lot of extra items the other companies did not bid. They kept my pool protected and cleaned up the yard when finished each night.

This is the second time I had my roof replaced i (last time 25 years ago), and this company far exceeded my expectations. I don't usually do reviews but in this case I felt it a must.
