Absolutely best roofer in the valley. They didn't stop until they identified the leak!

My home was just reroofed by TSM Roofing. The service and work was fantastic! The workers arrived on time and were very pleasant. Although their English was limited there was always someone that understood. They worked quickly . they cleaned up before they left the first day even though they knew they were coming back first thing the next morning. Nothing was on the ground in the area. When they were done on the 2nd day, they swept, picked up everything in the yard, and came in and cleaned my skylights. Most importantly the roof is GREAT!, I would whole heartedly recommend them for your roofing needs!

From the initial quotation to the final post installation followup, everything was handled professionally and on time.

They did an excellent job of replacing my roof. In the process, they removed the old swamp cooler, solar panels and antenna. The project leader was always available to discuss details as the project proceeded. In the end he personally took care of miscellaneous details to complete the job. The crew did a great job of cleaning up every day.

The team at Stonecreek is amazing! They installed a new roof for me on one of my rental properties. It was such an easy experience. They were the go-between with the insurance company and managed to get the entire roof replaced for the cost of my deductible. I was so impressed! Their communication and customer service were also great. My liaison sent me additional pictures of other projects to help me select the exact right color. I will definitely use them again if I have roofing issues on my other properties.

He was responsive, on time, accommodating to my schedule, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Alex over the phone was great on getting everything finalized. ****** In response to the comments by the roofer**** I have never wanted to sell my home. I was recommend by my good friend and Realtor to this company. Never assume that someone is selling their house.... we all know what they say about assuming. I was NEVER and WILL NEVER be selling this home. The owners comments are inaccurate. Second I have since filed an insurance claim and my insurance along with 3 other roofing companies have all told me my roof is in excellent condition and does not need a full replacement. Bonnie is just a bully. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I was recommended this roofing company by my realtor. The owner was very nice he came out and looked at my roof. I was confident they could help me. He sent his team out, he did not come with and they proceeded to fix my roof. I was concerned as the wood on the interior is starting to rot from water damage. The kid who came out told me I should have it replaced but the owner assured me it didn't. A week later another good rain came through and my roof was still leaking significantly. I contacted the roofing company and they said they were coming out to fix it. I left work to wait for them and an hour after they said they were coming o got a call telling me they were just refunding me my money. I did receive a refund. They told me it was because I was unclear on what I wanted. As when I discussed the not fixed roof I had stated I was concerned that they were not able to fix it and I may need to call insurance due to the water damage. Would not recommend.

Be careful if you hire this company. Just don’t share any insurance information with him, he will demand some extra proceeds that was issued to you from the claim . Mr Pachner just FYI my comments were not about workmanship but the way you handled things. You contracted a solar company directly on your own, when the solar company ruined the entire system, I contacted you to get involved and help me out, but you didn’t, you refused to help stating that you never received anything, text or email, blaming it on connection problem, but your assistant Neil called me back saying that you would call me in the afternoon, but you never did. I only heard from you 3 months later asking for the balance. Sorry, but you don’t do business this way.

This company did a great job for us. We had a leak and they came promptly, gave us a quote and explained what was needed and discussed options. They replaced our roof quickly, since they know we had the leak. They were polite, easy to deal with, and professional and completely cleaned up afterwards. Amazing work. Travis was very professional with us every step of the way, he was able to replace our roof at a weeks notice when every other company I called was a month out. We love the look of the new roof and we were able to work with Travis to get the color we wanted without any hassle.

I first heard about them on Rosie on the house.
We called them to come out to quote a replacement for my roof with new urethane foam and shingle roofing. Lance the estimator came out on time and gave a fair bid, so we signed up and everything turned out great. I was just really impressed with the quality and experience these guys had. I have never met people like that in my life with that level of customer service. They truly do everything to please the customer. And everyone of their people is pleasant. They leave your yard and surroundings absolutely pristine that you couldn't tell that anybody has ever been there at all.

So all in all, I just think that they're outstanding. I would definitely consider them to do your roofing. I was very pleased and I would use them again in a minute. They're wonderful and a professional company.

Happy Anniversary to Starkweather Roofing! 20 years ago today on 3/7/1997, we were awarded our first job - an asphalt built-up roof on a Boston Market located at the southwest corner of S. Alma School Rd. and W. Main St. in Mesa, AZ. It's now a Burger King, but that roof is still on the building keeping the inside dry... so they can enjoy the rain.

I hired centrik roofing because I had a leak and they came out almost right away. Agusto was the kindest and explained everything very well to me. Their prices were the best too! My roof has not needed anything else since then. Best roofing company I’ve dealt with! I ONLY recommend centrik when anyone I know needs a roofer.
