Best Emergency Roof Leak Repairs in Phoenix AZ

We were very happy with the work that they did for us. All of the employees were friendly and pleasant to deal with, and they did a good job cleaning up the work area. We have used Scott Roofing twice now. I would recommend this company.

From other reviews it sounds like Ky-Ko does great work, IF they actually show up. Unfortunately I was among the many customers who got a no-show for their appointment. Maybe business is too good?
My experience was: I made an appointment for a roof repair estimate about 2 weeks out. On the day of the appointment, I took the morning off from work. When the rep didn't show up, I checked messages on my various phones and had a voicemail from Joe on my least used number saying he was having truck problems and may have to reschedule. So I called Joe back to talk about rescheduling. No answer, and his voicemail was full, so I couldn't leave a message. So I texted him. No response. So about 90 minutes later after waiting for a call back, I called the main office to reschedule. Rather than making a new appointment with another rep, they instead said they'd leave Joe a message to call me back. Not helpful! I didn't have a chance to protest. The receptionist got off the phone too quickly. I waited the rest of the morning, and Joe never showed up or called me back. What a waste of my time. And it's been 3 weeks and still no contact from any Ky-Ko schedulers.
To add insult to injury, a couple weeks after the scheduled appointment, I got a letter from Ky-Ko's marketing department asking for referrals. Seriously??? Ouch.
I turned instead to a small family-owned business that was referred by someone else, and I'm happy with the estimate I got, so maybe it was for the best that Ky-Ko stood me up.

Phx Roofing and Brandon helped us replace our roof and fix a leak from our skylight. Brandon took great care of us, even though it was during the monsoon season and I'm sure extremely busy. He replaced our skylight, fixed our roof...other roofers wouldn't even give us a quote because they wouldn't touch the skylight.

Overall, couldn't have been happier. They did great work, took good care of us and kept us updated the whole process. Would definitely use them again in the future.

I have storm damage to my roof and it’s been this way since July 2021. I found this company after I had a bad experience with RMP construction. This company had better ratings and a good rating on BBB. So far my work has been rescheduled week after week with little to no notice. I had to reschedule other contractors to do inside work waiting on these guys. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just backed up and short staff. The day we had them in contract to show up, they didn’t. We weren’t given a call or heads up. The carpenter showed up and was clueless to why they weren’t here.. There is no communication to their employees and to the customer. The owner has informed us they are willing to let us out of our contract. The consistent no show is a breach of contract. I even question the quality of work they would do if they are willing to just walk away from my business. Due to the time we have already spent with this company we just want the work done in a timely manner like we agreed. They shouldn’t be scheduling any additional work if they don’t have the man power. I will post an update to this and see if they follow through as well as the quality of work if completed.

My wife and I decided to get solar placed on our roof last year(freedom forever solar) and they wrapped a roof into the package deal. Well I can tell you right now it was the worst decision of my life. We had bad monsoon rains this year and all the water came pouring down on all sides of my chimney and when I went up to the roof to inspect it I noticed after looking at it real well that the flashing was never replaced and in fact they just painted over it white because The new shingles were white. We contacted the company and a man by the name of Jose replied back saying that he would call us back and let us know when he can have a technician out which he said he could do same day. Well we never heard from him after that and even sent him videos of the water leaking around the chimney and showed how the flashing was never replaced on the roof and still we got no response. I will definitely be reporting the solar company and this roof company to the Better Business Bureau. I take pride in everything I do I am a veteran of the US Army and I got this house through a VA loan. I’ve been trying to fix it up and sell it to provide my family a better life and now it seems as if all of that is crashing to an end. Run do not walk away from this company run as fast and as far as you can and let everyone know how disreputable they are.

Thank you Centrik Roofing. Finally, I found a roofing company that has high standards, excellent quality work, and fair prices. We obtained bids from several companies to re-felt our tile roof. Centrik was on the lower end for price, but their work was definitely high end. Centrik is family owned and operated. Henry Monzon and his sons Agusto and Henry were all great to work with. They made my husband John and I feel like we were family! Agusto always answered calls or returned them within minutes. He provided us with a detailed estimate with an overhead view of our roof. They did not nickel and dime us and included everything we might need as part of the price. We needed some rotted decking, roofing tiles and trim replaced. They used a high quality rubberized MB felt as well. They arrived on time, completed all work as promised, and finished in 2 days. They were careful to clean up each day, even using their blowers to clean our furniture, which needed cleaning already from leaves and debris. They carefully looked for nails, trash, etc. Although I know it is almost impossible to find everything. Lastly, they have good hearts and care about their work and the clients they work for! The roof and trim look spectacular! I highly recommend them!

Darryl and his team were consummate professionals in first listening to what services I had in mind. Secondly, providing me a variety of options to achieve my goal after inspecting the roof and assessing the scope of services that could be provided to help us to accomplish our desired outcome. We then were provided a tentative scope of work with a menu of options for us to decide the optimal level of services we would need to reach our goal. After the scope of the contract was agreed upon the work was scheduled and accomplished within the timeframe agreed upon. The ongoing communication throughout the project was outstanding! That is the way customer service should be performed. Each day the work crew was diligent in cleaning up around our property before the start of the next day's activity. It lessens any disruption to my surrounding neighbors which was very important to us and did not create a visual distraction to our broader neighborhood either. Once the job was complete an inspection was done with our input to make sure the end product met our satisfaction which it most certainly did. My wife and I are very satisfied customers. We selected a firm not driven solely by price but with a proven track record of excellence in service and product. Anyone who may need service or replacement of their roof we would wholeheartedly endorse this company as one you should give serious consideration in selecting them as your go to roof services company. We are very happy that we choose this path that now gives us peace of mind about our home to withstand whatever the monsoon season will bring to us this year and many more to come.

Competitive estimate. Completed the work a week after we signed the agreement. Came a day early to beat the rain. Everyone we dealt with was very professional. left no traces after the work was complete.

I’ve lived in AZ almost 20 years and have never worked with a quality contractor like Reuban at ReVamp. All the reviews are legit- this company is fair and does a phenomenal job. I’ve been in the trades and can tell you that this company is not the norm in Arizona, they far exceeded my expectations.

Circle G reroofed/replaced the original 24 year old tile roof on our house. They were very efficient and professional. They cleaned up the work site each day and at the end of the project. They did everything that one would expect.

Yep I also learned the hard way this company scams subs... I lost 4K working with these dirt bags.... I am going to file an ROC complaint on this company.

These folks are contracted thru my apartment complex. They have patched a leak on the roof over my apartment that is under warranty. They have patched it 4 times in two years and the roof still leaks. It leaks to the point that my cieling came in and I needed buckets to catch the water. As a tenant they have put me in a bind because they will not sufficiently fix this job. Obviously they are doing it cheap cause of the warranty and not actually repairing the roof. I am litetally paying another roofer out of my pocket this time to come out and see if the treatment they suggest (5th time is the charm?) is a good option. I need someone else to look at the roof bedside I think they are completely full of it. I need to be able to defend my position if I break my lease and get taken to court. I think their quality of work is poor because they expect the tenants to simply be upset at the apartment complex and they feel will face no recourse or will not get called out on their poor workmanship. Well sorry Affirmax this review at least caught up with you. Very little help to me as I partially work out of my home and have lost money due to the inconvienve of my cieling caving in and leaking water everywhere. Shame on you for being so fraudulent. Shame on you for taking advantage of lower income tenants that you obviously have no respect for. I would not recommend this company to any commercial business that has value in their ethics.
