Someone else told me I needed $1000s of work done. I called Durafoam and found out the only problem was a bee hive blocking a scupper. The guy who came out cleared the scupper and told me I just needed to caulk around it. So glad I called them.

I recently had Ready Roofing replace roofs at two of my properties. I could not be happier with the way Steve Bachman (owner) and his crews managed both projects. They were on schedule, on budget and very conscientious about clean-up during and after both projects. It’s good to know there is a strong, and transferable, warranty to address any issues that might come up in the next 15 years.

Although there aren’t very many, with a new tight roof, I actually enjoyed the last couple of rainy days.

This was the first time i used overson roofing to replace a shingle roof and a built up roof on my patio. Mike Smyth gave a detailed estimate that i could work with and explained my roof choices so it was easy to understand. Bianca was a huge asset through the entire process as i had to have my solar panels removed through another company before work began with Overson...thanks to her for updating things along the way! Once tear off/install started, Cesar`s crew was efficient and cleaned up every day doing an amazing job. Antonio`s foam crew did a fantastic job on the patio roof and removing damaged fascia. Our supervisor Beau answered every question I came up with regarding roofing products and additional solar panel reinstall after overson had completed the job. Overall a great experience and thank you very much!!

Rene, Jeff, and the team at Express Roofing were FANTASTIC! Every step of the way, we found them to be professional, courteous, and responsive. During the bid process, Rene was prompt and even provided us with additional questions we should be asking of prospective contractors. During the planning process, Jeff went above and beyond by providing us with addresses where various colors/ products had been installed nearby so that we could view them for ourselves. And, during the actual installation process, we were always kept informed and even received daily updates by way of YouTube videos of our job shot using a drone to fly overhead. Exemplary service at every step! We cannot recommend Express Roofing enough!
