TSM Roofing LLC (Sheldon Murphy), performed a very excellent job on our roof replacement. They arrived on time and worked pretty much non-stop all day in 109 degree weather, completing the entire job in one day. Their roofing crew are go getters! Thank you TSM.

Mikku & Sons recoated my flat roof a few months ago and did a fantastic job. They found hail damage on my roof and worked with my insurance company to cover for the damage. This family owned business is great to work with. Brothers Caleb, Devin and Joshua are professional, friendly, very knowledgeable with good customer service skills and excellent quality workmanship.

Pat arrived promptly on time, a few minutes early truth be told. He could not have been more helpful and professional. He climbed on my roof and said almost immediately, Want to save a bunch of money? He then proceeded to point out that I simply needed to clean out some accumulated debris that had collected in area that drains off my roof. While on my roof he also reattached a couple of corner tiles that had fallen off during the recent storms. I'm not sure I ever had a more honest and helpful contractor at least well within recent memory. While I hope I never need their services, if the time ever comes again, I will begin and end my search for a roofing contractor with Pat Stapleton. Highly recommend!!!

The crew was very clean and professional, kept my yard/pool super clean and picked up after themselves which I really appreciated! I ask them to kindly to be careful with a camera cable and they did not unplug, instead worked around it without damaging and I was very thankful for that.

I had a good experience with them during replacing my roof. They are professional. The response is on time and every question has been answered on time.

Unfortunately did not experience the same level of service as other reviews have claimed.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...

Travis and his crew were detailed, on time, thorough, professional and did a great job. They did a recoat of a commercial roof for me and I am happy with their work. They worked well with my tenants too. Thanks! Highly recommend!

Value (best of 3 bids on job), Planning and Coordination were GREAT - using latest undercoating (PLATINUM - FT Synthetics) materials to ensure long lasting protection; followed through on all commitments. Spanish speaking crew was professional, capable & courteous. Project Manager (PM) visited site and inspected completed work as a means to Trust but Verify >:o) - The PM personally cleaned oil stains work truck left in driveway ! Great CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ROOFING PROJECT.
1. They told me they prided themselves on being on the job on time. I had another appointment the day my roof was scheduled to be installed and had to cancel my appointment because they were an hour and a half late.
2.. They left 2 large nails sticking up, on my front sidewalk. I went out to take my trash out and one of the nails went through my shoe. Luckily I did not puncture my foot. I have pictures to verify this.
3. They wanted a check first thing but I asked them if they would hold it for 3 days until I transferred the money into my bank account. They promised me over and over they would not cash it but they did. I was charged bank fees and it was a big hassle for me to get it straightened out.
4. I purchased the most expensive rubber roof system. They took the tile off of my patio roof and did not put it back on. Instead they installed some rolled shingle type material. The seams are not even so I texted Danny, the owner of the company 3 times (which he stated was the best way to get in touch with him), and did not hear back. The fourth time he responded. I complained to Danny that I was not happy with the way my patio roof looked. I don’t feel he has any customer service ethics and NO integrity. He said if they reinstalled the tile then the 20 year warranty would not be valid. He basically just argued with me.
5. Danny told me to wait a year for the shingle material to cure and after a year he would coat it with Elastomeric rood coating to make it look better.
**NOTE** He claimed that this would cost him $300.
6. I called him a week ago, Tuesday, February 26, 2019, and he chastised me and said; you have waited a whole year to call me back about this. That is when HE told me to call him back.
7. Then he said that the cost of coating my patio roof with elastomeric would cost him $80. So he wasn’t truthful with me a year ago when he complained that it would cost him $300. I don’t know about you but I don’t like dishonest people.

Jimmy at Circle G was unable to help me with my problem, but he was prompt, knowledgeable and gave me the valuable information needed to get the repair done.

We bought a home and found out after closing that the roof leaked and need to be replaced. There was 2 layers of roofing material on our roof which increased the cost of replacing it. Express roofing staff, Jeremy, Jenna, and the owner, Rene were so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, and their roofing staff .. all of them were very professional, hardworking, and considerate of our property. We gutted our home and of all the contractors we have had here over the last 3 month, Rene’s team was the cleanest. They did a fantastic job of making sure our exterior was left prestine. Thank you to everyone and I will be recommending them, highly, to anyone.

Previous owner had work done by Collum. When a storm hit and our roof leaked, I left them voicemails and sent messages. When no-one answered I found another company who immediately sent someone out and they were helpful. A week later, Collum got in touch to say that to even start the process of getting someone out, there's a form I should have known to fill out on their site! Why didn't they tell me that? So frustrating. Be warned.
