This company was an advocate for me and my savings they went above and beyond to try and help me get the most I could from a bad situation with my roof. Not only did they help talk to my insurance company but also relayed all the information to me properly and without delay. The installation was clean and quick and they did not hound or inconvenience me at all during the installation or set up. Would recommend 10/10

If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

Although Star Roofing performed our tear off and install seven years ago, we still remember their great customer service and quality of work. We received multiple bids after the hail storm came through that year and Star was the most competitive. What also impressed me was that they were/are the last union roofing company in Arizona. I always appreciate companies that take care of their employees.

Decided to get solar panels installed on the roof of my home and Geo Roofing was hired to do a partial reroofing. Not only did they do a very poor job they failed to complete it and my home received water damage due to rain. It’s been 3 months and the issues still isn’t resolved. I highly do NOT recommend this company.

I sought out a roofing company that would be willing to give me a competitive pricing and who was willing to get the job done as soon as possible. Capstone Roofing LLC was hands down the best. Capstone, and all the staff met all my request for a fast efficient job, the workers were extremely professional, cleaned the entire area when they were done, and most of all the roof looks amazing.
This roofing job was for my mothers ageing home, I was worried that the roof would have additional repairs, it did, but they were minor and the additional cost were minimal.

Lastly, Id like to thank all the ladies in the front office who professional and courteous.

Travis was recommended on the Nextdoor app. I was either needing repairs or a new roof but had a tough time getting anyone out. Called on a Saturday and thought I was going to be leaving a message but Travis actually answered the phone. Explained my situation and sent him photos. Told him no hurry a week out would be fine if they were busy. The following Monday Turner came out and then called me to explain what he saw and sent me more pictures. Yes they could repair but as I have seen several other issues and my home is 17 years old so I decided to replace it. Not knowing the roofing business or their lingo, I had several questions in regards to the quote. I called Turner several times and he was very polite and answered them professionally. We had the roof done a couple of months ago and am very pleased with the work. Would highly recommend Travis & Turner at Nextgen Coating & Roofing Systems.

I recently had to contact Durafoam as a person that inherited their warranty from the past owner of our home. I was impressed with how friendly, responsive and reasonable they were about addressing my concern. The complete opposite of what I rehearsed in my head before calling. What a refreshing change to find conscientious, integrity in the roofing world!

First off, I couldn't be happier with are new slate tile roof. We had bids from 3 other large roofing contractors. North Groups price was right in line with the others. What all these contractors didn't know, is that I have been in construction for over 40 years. I asked Jeff some very technical questions and without hesitation he fired right back. (As he laughed) This guy is very smart. Refreshing that there are people out there with skills these days. It is hard to find. We hired Jeff because he knew what he was doing, period. I can only tell you the other large roofing companies just sent out there sales guy's that clearly didn't know specifics. Well, if your going to be in this business you better know the specifics.

I called this company yesterday when Augusto missed our appointment. He said he had the wrong day scheduled. Today was the day confirmed and he was a no show again. This has made a really bad first impression and I am no longer interested in doing business with Centrik Roofing.

This company helped us by sending their expert panel for our roof repairs. They gave us estimates beforehand and started with the work immediately. We chose the tiles as per our choice and they helped us get them at the bulk prices, saving a lot of our money.

Should have went elsewhere. At first we were happy with the company. But that was short lived. Got a completely new roof amongst a bunch of other things costing us roughly $20,000. But come the first decent rain and wind storm since install and the roof leaks. We requested that someone come take a look as it was leaking pretty decent through on of our newly remodeled bathrooms A/C vents damaging the ceiling We were told that it was due to the A/C, which was false as I had just had my A/C system inspected prior. Brandon had his guys patch some spot with tar on the roof and said it was good to go, ran water on the roof which then caused it to leak even more through another A/C vent causing even more ceiling damage. We requested that they return and re inspect. Mean while they are declining that this leak is caused by the roof and denying responsibility. Which makes zero sense. How is it that my roof that you just rebuilt is leaking and that isn’t your fault or are not willing to work with us. There is a decent amount of moisture in my drywall at this point which can grow mold and seeing as one the damaged and moist areas is right where the inlet for my A/C is all of that mold will be spread through the house and into my wife’s elderly grandmothers area. This issue has being going on for a couple weeks now and still have gone nowhere. We have called Kevin who is a manager and he plays it like it’s no big deal and we have zero luck getting ahold of Brandon who was the project manger. Good luck to anyone else who goes through this company and has any issues. They won’t take any responsibility and own up to anything let alone fix it.

They do not have an office in Phoenix. Do not do business with them as they appear to be trying to pretend they have an office but do not.
