Best Asphalt Coating in Phoenix AZ

I have worked with and known the families who own Renco for over 4 years now. I have always heard rave reviews of their work on various roofs and have referred them to all of my friends and family in the need of a roof. Well, it was finally our turn. We had a pretty bad leak on the roof, which was discovered during a monsoon storm. I called Brett with Renco and asked for him to come over and look at our problem. He was over to our house that same afternoon I called him. Never at any point was he trying to force us to replace the entire roof. In fact, he gave us an option to just fix that certain problem area, which was about half the price of a new roof. Well, the roof was over 20 years old.....so we figured we better do the whole roof. They quoted us a competitive price that we were comfortable with.

Brett and Brady told us the exact morning they would show up and an approximate time. We were very happy to see their guys show up ON TIME and immediately start working, even in the 105+ temp. They were very polite and always picking up debri that had fallen off while doing the tear off. They tested EVERY piece of ply wood on my roof for bad pieces, I mean EVERY piece. All I heard for most of two whole days was hammering on the ply wood. Thankfully they checked EVERY piece because we did have several rotten pieces that needed replacing.

Our roof is now complete and looks FABULOUS!! We are very happy with the work that Renco performed. We have recommended them to all of our neighbors who comment on the roof. If we ever need any roof work done on my home or any of my rental properties, they will be the one and only person I call. In fact, do you travel to New Mexico for work? I need a new roof on a house over there.

Cons:
The estimator was 4 hours late.
The paper estimate didn't come until I harassed them for a copy.
The repair was rescheduled twice. (Emergencies kept bumping my appointment even though I was scheduled?)
The repair guys laid in the middle of my driveway while they waited for more parts to be delivered.
There wasn't any communication at all from the business's end. I only found out of the rescheduling, payment options, estimate copies, etc because I called each time. (No proactive measures were taken)
I was talking to my S/O and used the phrase I feel like I'm begging them to take my money & do the work...

Pros:
The price. They came in well under-budget and blew away four other estimates, once by well over a grand.
The repairs were done quickly and efficiently.
Invoice/payment was all online and simple to complete.
Electronic/PDF documents (estimate and receipt) via email.
I assume that the quality is pretty good (there are no more birds on my roof, there aren't any leaks and the plywood looks new).
No dust, debris or mess was left - it was all cleaned up as promised.

Overall:
If you have the time and energy to be your own advocate with this company, I say go for it. If you're out of town or unable to manage the procedural aspect that will be required of you to actually start the process, I'd recommend checking a few other places out.

The roofers did a great job on my roof and even fixed slippage on parts of the roof that weren't being covered by insurance. The office staff was courteous and prompt in addressing questions.

We just had our tile roof redone by Mikku and what a relief to not have anymore leaks. The crew was very polite and did a wonderful job and cleaned up daily. I will recommend them highly!Thank you Mikku roofing.

Awesome Roofing Company! After searching for a good roofing company, we were fortunate enough to find Almeida Roofing. They removed our old roof and installed a new one and did a fantastic job! Very reasonably priced, great customer service, and they did a tremendous job! Our roof looks amazing! We highly recommend this Roofing Company, you won't be disappointed!

I was out of town when I was notified by my wife about a leak in our roof. Unfortunately it was a Sunday, and knew I would not get someone to come out right away. I did however place an inquiry online and Alex responded the very next day. He not only called me, but followed up with an email with what more than likely was going on based on their vast experience working on roofs with solar panels.

Within a few days, we had a great guy by the name of Chris come to the home. He called prior to coming which was helpful as to make sure he wasn't missed. While there Chris was courteous and professional. He spoke to my mother in law and explained what he needed to do. I also got a call from Alex to go over the exact details.

I approved the work and Chris got right to work. He was quick, clean, and knew what he was doing. I was relieved to see that I was working with an honest and professional company. The quote that was sent to me prior to them even coming out was spot on. They didn't try to oversell me, but just give my family and I, peace of mind.

I normally would say I would do business again with Castile, but I hope I don't have any more roof issues. I would however give them 5 STARS and recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

I have met and worked with a lot of Roofers and contractors... Phoenix Roofing is the BEST. They use quality materials and have great crews. (Also done at a fair price) The owner Jack is honest and great to work with! What more could you ask for?

4th roofing company we had come out to look at our roof. We decided to use Multi Pro on the spot. Kris is by far the most professional, thorough, punctual, communicative…all the words! Owners are honest and easy to communicate with. Employees worked all day every day and were always on time and courteous. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and I was then informed of the work to be completed the following day. I received everything that was contracted for and then some. Excellent roofing company, best in the valley!

The completed product, completion of new roof was extremely well done. In fact my A/C person said this was the best roofing job that he had seen in over 40 years. Service was excellent and every individual from laborer to supervision were very well informed, knowledgeable and took pride in the work performed.

From start to finish our experience with Diversified Roofing has been awesome! They guided us through the entire process and were so patient with our questions. The install was easy, efficient and clean!!! We will be using them again on our next project!!

Whoever was driving truck 934 today in phoenix on I10 needs a driving lesson, or revoked license. The guy is zipping in and out of heavy traffic, no signal, on his phone the whole time. Way too dangerous. We drive a large truck and felt as though he should cut close in front of us. Not a good image for your company.

Jack the Roofer redid my roof and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the roof and the customer service was the best I've experienced. I own several rental houses throughout Phoenix and I used another company for years until I noticed leaks in my rentals and the company not wanting to accept blame. It's been 3 years since my first roof with Jack the roofer and I've had absolutely no problems!

Fantastic work done by Pinnacle Roofing could not be happier! The materials used met or exceeded the written estimate. Roof was completed on time and in one day, the clean up was very good.

The new install turned out fantastic. Tim is very professional. Highly recommend Durafoam.

The best ever. Had a leak that was from the gable vent so I sent a text to Augusto at 8:25 PM and he responded at 8:30 PM.
They were at my home the next day by 9:00 AM the next day after driving 80 miles for them and repaired vent.
Very good company to work with. The Best.
