The professionals at APF Roofing were on time and did a great job repairing my roof! I would recommend them to all of my family and friends! They did great work for a very good price.

Scheduled 2 days ago due to a leak that started 2 days ago. Contractor shows up 20 minutes late only to say they don't do flat roofs. This is urgent, and I don't understand why this detail isn't asked when scheduling.

Now I'm 2 days in to living under a leaking asbestos roof that could be molding and might as well have just ignored the problem for 2 days.

Mark, owner of Dunne Roofing Services, was great to work with. During the rainy, and very busy time this fall Mark was able to fit us in for repairs to our roof when we really need him. We really appreciate his straight forward approach along with the fact that he did not try to sell us on a much bigger job than needed. Don't hesitate to call Dunne Roofing!

If a zero or negative number was available, I would use the lowest. if you are counting on a warranty covering the work done by this guy, not so much. This company patched a roof and documented a warranty on a property I purchased last year. The roof is still leaking at the exact spot that was repaired by Beach, several times. I contacted the company based on the receipt and warranty I received at closing. Must have spoke to the owner who immediately exprested his innocence and started to explain that the leak wasn't the roof but was because the air handler was shaking so violently that it repeatedly broke the seal. REALLY? He said I needed to have the air handler serviced. I scheduled to have someone come, and he meet him and I at the property. Once ther he realized that the air handler was only 2 years old, and we had confirmation that the air handler was NOT shaking or moving at all, the roofing guy changed his story and said it was leaking at the elbow in the duct work, which should have been replaced and not reused. He again had an attitude and couldn't remember exactly where the patch work was done by him and under warranty less than a year ago. It was obvious that this guy thought I was stupid, and he wasn't going to honor any warranty. He really screwed himself. If he would have presented himself as honorable, trustworthy and competent he could have earned himself a great roofing job replacing the entire roof worth over 10K. This person has NO integrity, and is not to be trusted. He obviously doesn't have respect for women, and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Buyer beware!

The installers were very punctual,friendly and courteous throughout the entire job.

We had Jeff and co resurface our flat roof and cannot be happier with the results. I was a little concerned because we had just painted and have black trim...eek, who knew but Jeff had a wonderful man, Terry, on the job who managed to coat the roof without incident. The work was immaculate and completed quickly! We will definitely use Northgroup when it’s time to resurface next time!

I had a small roof done by ultra foam . Very pleased with job from start to finish. I would recommend using ultra foam for your roof.

These guys were contracted by my home management company.
They were scheduled to show up anywhere from between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. today they were a no-call no-show when we contacted our rental company to tell them that they were a no-call no-show All the sudden they tried to show up 9 hours later than they were supposed to then they hung up on us over the phone more than one time and proceeded to tell us we did not need to be home to show up here when we have small dogs do not recommend using this company at all.

Apple Roofing is amazing! As a realtor I have referred numerous clients to Kevin and his team as well as had them do a new roof on my personal home and they have always exceeded our expectations. They did my whole house in 1 day and left everything was so clean after! Contractors are typically so hard to get ahold of, but they always respond quickly and make time to get inspections done most of the time the same day! I’ve worked with quite a few roofing companies and I am now loyal to Apple. Thank you for all your help and hard work!

Terrible experience January 3 paid $2250 as 50% down for roof repairs and resealing. I was promised at that time the work would be complete by January 12. No one showed up. After numerous emails and phone calls we were promised the work would be complete by January 18. January 19 a worker came out and used an air blower on the roof. To our complete surprise on January 22 D&L roofing made an additional unauthorized charge to my visa for $1125. After another series of emails and phone calls we were promised our roof would be complete by January 26. On January 26 a worker came out and removed a large portion of patching material that was covering a large crack on our roof leaving or roof exposed to the elements. After all that we were fed up and asked Steve for a full refund. Steve agreed to refund us but as of today (February 19) has not yet done so. We are disputing charges through our Visa card. We filled a complaint through the Better Business bureau, D&L never responded and have now filled a complaint with the registrar of contractors. Buyer Beware
