Sheldon Murphy, owner, came to give a roof replacement estimate for my wife and me and our roof-mate on our duplex building in Sun City in mid-March. His estimate was the first we had gotten recently but his price was so good and he was so personable and responsive to our questions that we both signed contracts on the spot. In ten days Sheldon's large crew came early morning and worked until evening to nearly complete the entire job! Because TSM uses their own towable dump trailers we didn't have a trailer in our driveway overnight. The crew protected our grass and bushes well with large drop cloths throughout the tear-off and re-shingling. A crew member went over both yards with a magnetic tool to pick up any stray nails. Sheldon was on site the first morning and for the finish-up the following morning. I can't imagine a roofing project going any faster or more trouble-free, or with a better result. A very big thank you to Sheldon and his crew.

I had such a great experience using stone creek roofing. They are fast and easy to work with. Sondra was awesome she was always there if I had any questions and the roofers always made sure to pick up. I would definitely recommend anyone to use stonecreek roofing.

Had them put on a new roof for us. It has leaked now 3 times in 2.5 years, and they have been either slow to respond or unresponsive to our calls to have it repaired under their warranty. Lack of response has created ceiling damage, to which they also have not responded in our request to fix.

I was struggling to get a roof repair quote. One of the companies I spoke to was Multi-Pro represented by Kris Chavez. He inspected my roof and explained that replacement was my only option. He also advised me to make an insurance claim because the roof had extensive wind damage. I told Kris about a negative experience I’d had with a different roofing company and he assured me that it could be handled correctly. I was a bit anxious but Kris assured me he would be there every step of the way and I’m so glad I listened to him! He did exactly as he said he would from talking on the phone to my insurance company to meeting with the inspector. I really needed that support and I got it from Kris 200% worth. When it came time to do the job I was impressed how the man in charge of the install came to the door and let me know they were here. Kris also came by and covered what to expect. The material was delivered one day and the job was finished the next day. The work area was left very clean. Kris came back after it was completed and went back on the roof to follow up with a final inspection. Kris was kind enough to be available each time I reached out to him and even if he couldn’t speak right away he let me know when he would be available and got back to me when he said he would. All in all it was a great experience and I’m ready for next monsoon season with no worries of shingles flying off the roof as they had been. They offered friendly and professional service, impressing me with their determined effort to provide a quality job in a timely manner. They far exceeded my expectations, in that the job was done on the day they began and the roof looks fabulous! The crew cleaned up as they went, and then again thoroughly when they had completed their work. I have storm damage to my roof and it’s been this way since July 2021. I found this company after I had a bad experience with RMP construction. This company had better ratings and a good rating on BBB. So far my work has been rescheduled week after week with little to no notice. I had to reschedule other contractors to do inside work waiting on these guys. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just backed up and short staff. The day we had them in contract to show up, they didn’t. We weren’t given a call or heads up. The carpenter showed up and was clueless to why they weren’t here.. There is no communication to their employees and to the customer. The owner has informed us they are willing to let us out of our contract. The consistent no show is a breach of contract. I even question the quality of work they would do if they are willing to just walk away from my business. Due to the time we have already spent with this company we just want the work done in a timely manner like we agreed. They shouldn’t be scheduling any additional work if they don’t have the man power. I will post an update to this and see if they follow through as well as the quality of work if completed.

I am very very pleased with the new roof installment on my double garage. The finished work is as nice, neat and clean as I had hoped. The salesperson, Korbyn was very thorough in his demonstration and explanation of the installment process as well as answering my questions. The crew, Dave's crew was from Minnesota and they were a good bunch. They were punctual and efficient. The guys didn't start too early or work too late so the neighbors were happy. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was done. The roof presented them with a couple challenges due to odd angles and valleys but the end result was really nice. All in all it was a job well done from the presentation to the end result. Thank you Vertex Roofing.

We had our roof completely redone by Diversified Roofing. We are so happy we chose this company. Completely organized and on top of things from beginning to end & throughout the whole process. Very fair price. They started within the time frame we were given & also completed within time frame given. Went above & beyond our expectations. Everyone involved was a pleasure to work with. They cleaned up everything so nicely when they were finished. Our roof looks absolutely GORGEOUS! Exceptional service & quality!

This review has been a long time coming. I called them for the 4th quote I got for a new roof and they were by far the most reasonable. Sean was very responsive and attentive. He also watched the weather very closely to make sure my roof wasn't exposed while work was ongoing. His crew was very thorough and clean. Once the job was done, the only trace left of the crew was a brand new, well done roof. Highly recommend.

Fantastic work done by Pinnacle Roofing could not be happier! The materials used met or exceeded the written estimate. Roof was completed on time and in one day, the clean up was very good.

I hired Starkweather to replace my roof & sustained the first leak I have had in nearly 40 years & other roofers. It cost me a bit over $8500. for this leak and I will say they did come out and repair it when I first found it. It took a while we do live in a very dry state. Is it fixed?? I hope so we have not had much rain since the repair. HOWEVER the damage to the ceiling in the house remains unrepaired. Starkweather DOES NOT fix that even though they caused it. I have not hired any one to fix it since I am still not sure the roof does not leak!! It makes me sick every time I look at it but if I get it repaired & still have a leak I would have to do it again!! WHAT A MESS. I cannot go up and even look at the repair (I am a 75 yr old woman with knee replacements) not that I would know by looking anyhow. I gave them 3 stars since they were always punctual and here when they said and left the job clean.
