I was very impressed with Teemu from Renco Roofing. His customer service was outstanding. He was a very nice professional young man. He knows his job very well and stands behind his company! When it was time to do the roof his crew showed up everyday, and cleaned up at the end of the day. They actually finished the roof a few days early! I was very impressed with this company and will refer them to everyone!

We needed to replace our old roof. We were going from wood shingle roof to ceramic shingles. We spent three weeks getting quotes and Dean from brown roofing was the only one that gave us a quote at the end of their first visit.
Dean was very upfront about the cost and listed everything that included with that cost. In the end we decided to go with Brown Roofing for three reasons:

2. Best cost
3. Best service provided during inspection and quoting process
After the job started they completed it within 5 days which was faster than he quoted to us. Dean, Craig and their crew were very professional, quality oriented and service focused. This was a Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had several roofing companies come out to give us estimates and tried to talk us into their more expensive products and time frames were 9-12 weeks. We got in touch with Castiler Roofing and spoke with Alex who pulled satellite as we were on the phone and was able to look at our patio roof and give me a real time quote on the phone. He let me know they could have this done in one day and that it would be a week out and he would call me. He followed up with pictures of a similar home/job they did and called me the day he said he would to tell me that his guys would be out the next day. Yonathan and his crew showed up, got their materials, and got everything done. They were unbelievably professional and explained what they were doing, made recommendations for what really needed to be done and worked the entire day getting everything done. It was a GREAT job, exactly what we needed, and the guys cleaned everything before they left. Alex and Yonathan were both very knowledgeable, professional, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They really listened to what I was asking them for and delivered. The next day after working with Alex was amazing getting our roof inspection report and invoices. I would recommend this company hands down and plan on working with them in the future.

Clyde came to our company to gain our business. We manage 400 single-family homes throughout the valley. We gave him two work orders. One is over a month old and we still don't have an invoice although they claim the job is complete. The roof is still leaking and they say it is not on them because there are holes in the metal stacks. (So as a roofer I guess they won't do all of the roofing repairs - metal stacks in a roof are someone else's job???) Could have told us that a month ago so we could have avoided further secondary damage to this home for the owner and major inconvenience to our tenant.
Second job we gave them is still leaking with each rain. 16 days and counting waiting for a bid. We are reassigning the work order and will not use this company again.

It's difficult to find a reliable roofing contractor in Phoenix. I called several to get quotes for a leak repair. Geo Roofing wasn't the cheapest, but they were very competitive, and the estimate was the most comprehensive, and their scheduled service was quicker than any competitor.
The work started on time and when the crew discovered some damaged roof decking which was outside the scope, I called Mike the General Manager concerned about a huge change order. He responded quickly with the additional charges; about a 10% increase ($250) which was a great deal. The work was done professionally, and the crew cleaned up after the work was completed.
I highly recommend Geo Roofing because of the fast (compared to other contractors) response time, cost competitive estimate, and thorough and professional work.

Used Curtis-C for new gutters on our house. The process was all incredibly easy and the price was very reasonable. Circle G reroofed/replaced the original 24 year old tile roof on our house. They were very efficient and professional. They cleaned up the work site each day and at the end of the project. They did everything that one would expect.

Great customer service, honest, quality service

Allstate Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. I choose them over other 6 contractors , not only on the price, but on the value offered through warranty from the manufacturer (when looking at 30 years period, a small increase in price is well spent money !). They were extremely professional, timely and knowledgeable about all the options available to us. They re-roof the house, and we were able to have the work earlier than expected. Prior to the installation they answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Once the job started they worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. Their team was polite and respectful of our property as well as our neighbors during construction. They cleaned the entire site every day, including around the house, making sure no scraps, nails, etc are left around. At the end, they filled all paperwork with the manufacturer for warranty. We would definitely recommend Allstate Roofing for any roofing needs you may have!
