Best Emergency Roofing Repair in Phoenix AZ

Scott Roofing did a very thorough job on our vaulted tile roof. They went out of their way to locate replacement tiles for our 40 year old roof. They returned several times to ensure every detail was to our satisfaction.

This company is amazing!!! We were lucky to work with Jeff who is wonderful… he walked us through the process, communicated every step, gave us options and went above and beyond anything I had ever expected. I will share with family and friends to use Jeff for all their roofing needs :)

I had the pleasure of working with a team of highly knowledgeable, caring, and professional group of individuals at KY-KO Roofing. All that I spoke with, whether in person or on the phone, exceeded my expectations in customer service.
One gentleman in particular, Oscar Linares, helped to put my mind at ease with his continual updates /progress of the job being done. If an unseen issue came up he was quick to address and correct the situation. He was very personable but upfront in our interactions. He was easy to speak with and demonstrated to me that he has a lot of pride for what he does, the wonderful work that his men do, and for the company overall.
I am grateful for everyone's help as well as the financing options that were open to me. The overall price for the repairs and partial rebuild of much of the roof was very fair and came in below other competitors. The look and quality of my new roof is wonderful. Most of all, I don't have to worry about leaks and continual unseen damages to my roof and rafters when (if) a storm(s) moves through the valley.

I first had Lyons inspect my roof for sliding shingles. It was determined that it was best to replace the roof due to the instability. The inspection, quote, and signing of the contract were done professionally. the start was scheduled after all the material was available. I was called and given the date and time they would start the week before the start date. The installation of the new roof was done by professionally. They cleaned up all around the parameter of my house each day they were onsite. I would recommend this company to anyone who has roofing needs

I contacted Jack to give me an estimate on a small roof repair. I had previously contacted 3 other roofing companies and 2 no showed me and the other blew me off after they came out to look at the job. I suspect they just didn't want to deal with the repair. Jack came out and gave me a rough idea of what needed to be done and also had another of his roofers come out and look at it the same week. There were 2 possible options for the repair and when the roofer came out to look at it he was actually able to fix it on the spot. Jack called me to let me know and said this repair may hold up just fine but if not we can then proceed with the more expensive repair. Jack then said that there was no charge for the work they did and to let him know if any problems develop. Jack was so honest and kind and I'm am so appreciative that he actually took the time to help me and I will definitely be calling him again with some other remodeling projects I will be working on. I would highly recommend Jack and his crew.

They blocked my driveway with there trailer for a week. There was a rain delay on there ability to roof so they left there trailer in my driveway for 5 days, moving it on the 5th day. I had a vehical parked on the side of there trailer because I could not access my driveway. While they were roofing they damaged that vehicals paint. Then they blamed it on the weather and will not take responsibility. In addition the rain rails/flashing they removed were bent from the removal process and they refused them. It looks terrible and it will probably leak. I do not recommend this company.

In response to the comment below: If you are the owner or one of them, I suggest you speak with James. He is aware of the issues I have had and he said he spoke with the owner and the owner was not interested in the damage to my vehicle. And if you are the owner I suggest you contact me and I will show you the security footage of shingles hitting my vehical. I will also so you the securaty footage of me singing the check. I couldn't be happier with the work done by Precision Roofing LLC. The team was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to quickly identify and fix the issue with my roof. I appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.

These people take advantage of veterans! They lied! They try to take all your money that an insurance company gives you to fix things after hail damage! They promised to take care of everything and don't do anything but threaten to take out a lean on ur house! Come in to ur house start ripping things apart and use scare tactics on u so they can rip u off!! They charge you for things other roofing companies do for free! Like putting plastic on your house to protect it and they don't even cover your whole roof. 2 days later it blows off your roof and they never come back to fix it but yet want $3,000. And then they tell you a new roof would cost you $15,000 and they charge you $21,000. Don't use this company just a big rip off!!!!!!!!!

I called Zona and worked with Erika L and Dave. Both were professional and yet kind and concerned about my issues. I got a full inspection with a fair appraisal of the situation and good news about the state of my roof. Repair work was done on time and I’ve had no problems since then. I have referred them to family and friends since then. Five star service start to finish from everyone.

John and his team are great to work with! They got our project done ahead of schedule and at a fair price. The quality of their work is good. They were honest about another job that I was interested in having done, telling us that it didn't really need to be done for 10+ years. I will without question, go to them again for future Roofing projects.

I was very pleased with the tile roof work I had by Capstone Roofing. Workers were very professional. They worked hard and finished my tile roof area in half day. Mr. Jameson who is the owner makes every effort to please customers. Their price was higher than other estimate I had but Capstone is using good quality materials and they do not cutting corners.

I called Tacheny when I was having roof leak issues. Jim was very responsive and took the time to come out and explore the issue. He gave me honest sound advice in his evaluation. Very respectable company for your roofing needs!

The guys at Canyon State were outstanding. everything was done as promised and when promised. They were in and out quick so it minimized noise and inconvenience. I would use them again in a heartbeat but doubt that I'll have to on this house based on the quality of the work.

The manager was very helpful in assisting us with our insurance claim and made the process painless. He and his crews were always courteous and professional. We are getting many positive complements on our new roof and gutters. I would work with them again!

Follow up stinks! Came out 2 weeks ago for a quote on a new roof. His laptop wasn't working and said he would email it to me. 2 voicemails and two times actually talking to Agusto and still no quote. Checked my spam mail, inbox several times, so that's not an excuse. Sorry guys, you have definitely lost my business, as well as a few others who were asking me who I was going to use.

I was on the Tempe High School Job and all I can say is call and ask for Bill the maintenance supervisor and all I heard was how much Roofing Southwest screwed up the job. The broke all kinds of stuff, had crews not show and in the end made Bill very unhappy. In talking to the job foreman Tim and Rick all they did was threaten and complain about the job. If you have a commercial roofing job I suggest you look elsewhere or you to may not like this companys work.
