Best Emergency Roofing in Phoenix AZ

Called for an estimate to fix a leak in my roof. Agreed to meet between noon and 1pm and even offered to give me a 30 minute heads up call so I knew when to leave work. Day of the visit and I leave work to be home at noon and I see the Scott Roofing truck driving away from my house at 12:06 as I'm about a block away. No warning phone call, no phone call to say they were at my house. I called their phone number and I was forwarded to Maggie 's voicemail to reschedule my estimate. I don't feel like they want my business at all.

Follow up: I had called and requested a reschedule and they haven't returned my call in over 2 business days.

I was first referred to Jeff through mutual friends who he had helped with their roof and they were extremely happy with the results. Upon meeting Jeff he was kind polite and professional and it was nothing short of a amazing experience which proved to be smooth throughout the process. From the initial estimate, we were very impressed with how thoroughly the examination of the existing roof was and the completeness of the description, terminology and cost explanation were. The estimator, David, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and had our trust immediately. He also explained we had to wait a while before they could start the job due to shipping delays for all the required new and replacement roofing supplies which we appreciated so there would be no delays once the job started. When the job started on the exact day/time scheduled, the project manager, Eddie, showed up and gave us the detailed schedule and plan. Their scheduler, Abril, kept us posted on shipping and scheduling progress. She efficiently contacted us so we never had to wonder. The crew showed up bringing all the supplies which were efficiently and quickly unloaded. They began work and continued non- stop all day except for a short break for lunch. The crew was very impressive in their speed, skill and thoroughness. The dumpster they used fit nicely next to our driveway so at no time did we have trouble get cars in or out. Small detail but important one Lyons ensured. The job was finished on time and at the price and with all details spoken of initially. There were some nice extras they do standard we noticed afterwards that really made our roof well above what we expected. From beginning to end, working with Lyons Roofing has been a professional pleasure and an amazing trust-filled experience. Their work and all their people are superior in every way. I'm still pretty much a newbie first-time homeowner, so finding out my house needed a new roof was shocking and terrifying. Fortunately, my next door neighbors had their roof replaced within the past year, and recommended that I call Jack Core from Phoenix Roofing & Remodeling. I'm so glad I did! He was awesome from beginning to end. First, he talked and texted with me very patiently, offering lots of useful information and answering every one of my questions to help me understand my next steps and options and allay my concerns. He was consistently responsive and his communication was always professional, kind, and helpful. The job was completed on schedule, just as promised, in just two days, and the workmanship appears to be first-rate. I feel extremely fortunate to have stumbled upon this top-notch company just when I needed them. I would recommend Jack Core without hesitation, and hope to have the occasion to use his services again for some other home improvement work.

Geo Roofing responded to my request for an estimate of cost for roof repair, due to storm damage, in a timely manner. After accepting the bid , the repair was done well in an acceptable time frame. If I need roof repair in the future, Geo Roofing will be my first choice.

WARNING: This is a dishonest company, and I would never use them again.

The estimator gives you the feeling that everything will be taken care of, and that they will own this section of the roof, which couldn't be farther from the truth.
My roof was bowed up in a fairly large area on one slope of the roof. I assumed bad plywood or something similar. This was very well communicated to both the estimator and the roofing team that came on site, yet the problem was largely ignored.
At the end of the job, the roof looked ok, but within a short time it was bowed up again. Although they did come out to inspect the roof again, their findings indicated that there were issues with some trusses that had not been installed or sized properly, which needed to be trimmed off.
I was frustrated that this wasn't found to begin with, but was perfectly willing to pay for additional repairs to have the work done, until I saw the estimate to charge ME for all new shingles/reinstallation in an area they just replaced. Why should I pay twice for the same job that wasn't done correctly to begin with? I would have easily paid for the work unrelated to that.
I made a logical argument that they should cut me a break on the shingles, since it was they who had failed to diagnose the roof properly, but they wouldn't budge, not a penny. At this point I am having to cut my losses, as I certainly was not going to let them double dip on these charges.

In any case, I'd think twice before using this company because they don't stand behind their work, and will take your money and run.

Most recently I had my shingle roof replaced with a tile roof and once again they did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company not only because the workmanship is superb and timely.Awesome experience.

I sought out a roofing company that would be willing to give me a competitive pricing and who was willing to get the job done as soon as possible. Capstone Roofing LLC was hands down the best. Capstone, and all the staff met all my request for a fast efficient job, the workers were extremely professional, cleaned the entire area when they were done, and most of all the roof looks amazing.
This roofing job was for my mothers ageing home, I was worried that the roof would have additional repairs, it did, but they were minor and the additional cost were minimal.

Lastly, Id like to thank all the ladies in the front office who professional and courteous.

I reached out to this company looking for an estimate to get my roof replaced. The owner Travis came out and gave me a great price so I decided to move forward with their company. My wife and I agreed on a color on Tuesday and by Friday they had all the materials set up and ready to go. Monday morning the crew showed up bright and early and got to work. The full repair was complete by Wednesday afternoon and we couldn't be happier. The crew cleaned up nice and thoroughly and were very respectful of our property. Would highly recommend Next Gen !!
