We needed a plug for our deep freeze because the plug circuit blew for the plug. I had to run a extension cord from the house so all our meat and ice cream wouldn’t spoil. We called at 9:00am and they were at our home by 12:30pm and the problem was fixed at a very reasonable price . Thank you Douglas Electrical Services for taking care of our emergency so quickly !!!

This company is seriously THE BEST! Over the past 5+ years my home survived off of a few outlets for lighting because none of our ceiling lights worked. We had so many Electricians over those years come into our home and tried to repair our lights and outlets but they were always unsuccessful to complete the work.
However, Huggins Electric successfully took the challenge and repaired all of our lights and wall outlets within a few hours! The electrician was supposed to be at my house between 12:00 & 2:00. Not only did he not show up, when I called the company there was no answer. I left a message asking if they would please call me and set up a new time and they never called me back. Waste of my time.

The staff was really friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and they kept me updated on my ETA throughout the day, which is very important to me. Will be hiring once more for upcoming positions, and I advise everyone to do the same!

Good work and fair price

Alvin and Billy came to install my recessed lights in my house and they were awesome. They had initially offered a set of lights but I wanted some thin LED's instead. After some discussion we went with lights i provided and it reduced the cost and turned out great. There was no additional patch work needed and we even had a tricky light installed in a closet underneath the stairs. I will def call again for my next project.

James from Pinnacle Electric arrived on time to look at the work and gave me written quote within 24 hours. He showed up for the job on time and worked like crazy. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, honest and an all around nice guy as well. I had a problem with an outlet he had replaced and he came by within 2 days and fixed it up - the problem wasn't something he had done, it was a faulty breaker. Thanks again James!!

I hate to even give a star if there was a negative 100 I would have given that. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company. The people that work for him are liars and rude. I never ever write reviews but this company deserves a negative review. They put a whole in my roof without telling me and only put roofing tar to cover the whole. They put a whole in my master bedroom when all I wanted was 7 cameras to be installed instead of 2 wholes. They broke my camera cord and told me to purchase a new one myself and take it off of my cost to them. I wouldn't take a chance at using them for my electricity especially when you find out one of the guys spent time in jail and is now installing my security cameras. HONESTY goes a long ways and THEY ARE LIARS!!!!!!! I did get a reduced fee, but I would have gotten more if I knew I had a whole in my roof, but the honesty person I am I wanted them to have their money. They did fix the roof, but not prepared came with only my shingle and no tar paper to cover the whole. The co-owner emailed me and I responded back saying I wasn't satisfied and I have been waiting for months so I decided since he isn't trying to fix the problem so I would let people know to AVOID so they don't have the same issues. Needless to say I still have one more camera I need up but to scared to use anyone. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Excellent service and professionalism! Installed a new outlet for my bathroom and fixed aceiling fan that I had been dealing with for almost 10 years (because I didn't know it could be fixed so easily) and they fixed a couple of light switches just because I mentioned that I didn't like which switch turned on each light. It was nice to have someone do more than expected!
