I’ve hired Pinnacle Electric for a number of years and have found them to be prompt, professional and get the job done correctly. We really trust them with almost all of our electrical work. I love that when they say they’ll be there at a certain time they are always there. Electrical work is pricey so you want quality work for the money and you get it with Pinnacle Electric.

Absolutely amazing work, I cannot speak higher of Pinnacle Electric, I had an upgrade of 100 amps to 200 amps done, along with all included upgrades, switches, etc. Then I had 6-7 light fixtures replaced, and one electrical issue repaired. Also, one of the light fixtures was outside. Everything was on-time, efficient, and of the utmost quality. I highly recommend Surge for any electrical work that you'd need. Thanks again!

Highly recommend Pinnacle Electric. They were responsive to our initial call and sent someone out to talk with us and look at the room. Sam and his crew did a fantastic job installing the new wafer LED lights in our kitchen, pantry and closets. Personable guys who really know what they are doing and work as a team. It was a great pleasure working with Pinnacle Electric. The repair person was on time and very polite and professional. He replaced outlets, ceiling fans, and light fixtures in the morning and adjusted the price which was coming in higher than he felt it should have. I would like to thank Sam and Pinnacle Electric for fixing the electrical issues I had in my house. Sam discovered the issue with my neutral wires to the electrical panel and was able to get this fixed in a short amount of time. He also fixed the loose neutral going to several outlets throughout the house. I would definitely use Pinnacle Electric again if the need for an electrical issue arises. George recently did electrical repair/rewiring at my home. He was excellent! He explained in detail the company policy, the pricing and what my repair needed. Upon his initial assessment, he advised us of the additional work needed and gave us several options and we chose. He worked very hard and completely corrected the faulty outlet. He left the area clean and tidy. Keep up the good work!

Pinnacle Electric showed up on time and worked efficiently. The location of my breaker box is on the opposite side of the house from my garage, so there was a lot of distance that needed to be covered. They did a great job of hiding some of the wiring behind the drywall as well. The project was relatively complex because of the distance between my box and the garage, but they finished in about 5 hours.

I own a plumbing company and contracted pinnacle electric. From the start I had problems with the customer service. Showed up to the job I contracted and they have left me a 240 plug for a 110 water heater. I have called 3 times to talk to someone about what's going on and I've been waiting 2 hours at the job for someone to call me back. We are calling it a day. $2500 for my company lost today because of the customer service I have received. Will never use this company again!

Pinnacle Electric doesn't have a real shop or offices. Calls are fed to a person trying to set you up with a subscription to Premium Home Services. Yes, they have people from different types of services coming to do the job you need. The person who came to do my electric job was nice, but had not been properly briefed by PHS about what I needed. The bill from the electrician was given to PHS who then billed me, with a hefty mark up! I paid too much for what I had done and still didn't get all that I had asked for. I won't be renewing my subscription, I'll research much better next time, and I wanted you all to be aware of how this works.

Impressed with the whole process. They answered the phone promptly, were very friendly, and got me an appointment the same day. I received a text message that Mike was on the way and even got a picture of him and a short bio. He even showed up a little early wearing a mask. Was friendly too and very professional, and knew his stuff. He diagnosed the issue fairly quickly and got power restored in the house. The pricing was very fair too and I will definitely use them again if I ever need anything.

The technician was pleasant to work with, competent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We had an issue with our outlets, and he came out the same day to check it out, only to discover that it was just a mistake with the reset button, and he didn't charge us anything. These guys are out there to help! Our house was struck by lightning and they were out here the same day and had everything back up and working in a few hours. They also installed new sockets, light switches and electrical boxes. I feel completely secure about the job they did!! Very impressed! SCAM ALERT: They take your money upfront and then do not show up. The excuse is the same as the other 1 star reviews. They reschedule you but still don’t show up and you get the run around. STAY AWAY

Update 2/1/2023 : Just wanted this review to stay current to counter all the fake 5 star reviews. No one from Pinnacle ever reached out to me and when I cancelled the membership before the 7 day period I was told there are no refunds.

James from Pinnacle Electric arrived on time to look at the work and gave me written quote within 24 hours. He showed up for the job on time and worked like crazy. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, honest and an all around nice guy as well. I had a problem with an outlet he had replaced and he came by within 2 days and fixed it up - the problem wasn't something he had done, it was a faulty breaker. Thanks again James!!

My experience with Greg was perfect! He was polite, explained what he was doing, quick, and completely open regarding costs and next steps. When I asked him to look at something in addition to the reason he was visiting, he took the time. We also discussed the safety check that Pinnacle Electric offers and I plan to schedule that this spring. I couldn’t see his great smile behind his mask but I knew it was there by the way he communicated. He replaced our thermostat for our heated bathroom flooring and programmed it too. He explained everything in detail. Neat and efficient. Courteous and caring - wore shoe covers and left no trash or unneeded parts behind. Would definitely ask for him when I need an electrician again.

Greg showed up last minute and handled my ceiling fan light. I had nearly torn the ceiling fan from the ceiling trying to figure out what was up with the wiring. Terrell came in, took care of business, and finished the job in about 15mins. Totally professional and on time. Would 10/10 use Pinnacle Electric again. And I absolutely am.
