We had a power surge from the electrical storm and Aaron & Eric were able to come out within 2 hours of calling and get our kitchen electricity back up and running. They replaced several outlets that were damaged from the surge and also installed a new garage door for us since the storm fried our other system. They were informative and patient with all our questions. Thank you!

Henry was kind and patient. Answered on a boiling hot Saturday afternoon and came out that day for a repair. He walked me through possible solutions to fix the issue. When those didn’t work, he came out promptly and told me what I needed to do with Oncor. Showed me the problem and the repair. When Oncor came to my house to cut the power, he talked to the electrician to determine the severity of the issue. After the repair was done, I had trouble getting Oncor back out to restore power. He called them himself to explain I was recovering from cancer treatment and couldn’t be in the heat. He answered all my questions about what was this/that. I recently lost my father and didn’t know anything really about the outside parts. All the other electric folk I called wanted $400 to just come out and nobody would until the next day. I am so grateful to Henry for being honest and kind. The price was extremely fair. Henry cares. My fire hazard picture attached!

We had another electrician flake on us. Saying they would come, but never showed. We called Mr. Ken because we were having an install that afternoon and we needed the final plug finished, plus a touch of other items that needed to be done. Mr. Ken was to our home in less than an hour and had completed the work just in time for the contractors to finish up. Everyone loved him and said what a cool man he is! Then I referred him to one of my best friends and when she called him after the 2/2021 snow storm, he came quickly to her rescue. It's so wonderful to find kindness and care as well as professionalism and good work!

I had an issue with Cano Electric not fixing and not warranting the work they performed, but I dealt with the technician that did the repairs.

I sent an e-mail and Cory was very responsive and rectified my complaint to my satisfaction, my original review was 1 star but Cory took care of me quickly so I have revised.

Horrible Service.
Had read the 8 positive reviews and hopeful that my warranty company got a reputable individual to help resolve my needs.
That was far from the case, tech arrived late and lacked all professionalism. Was in a hurry to get job done and move on without even providing a receipt.
All said, he didn't even fix the issues and now am having to contact the warranty company for escalated assistance

Will only use Dodson Electric for my electrical needs now! They were very quick to respond and provide a quote. The work was completed quickly and professionally, we had an outlet installed outside. Definitely recommend!

Chris did a wonderful job, he replaced a light switch and explained why an outlet wasn’t working. I called some many different place to come out and fix the problems, but they all gave me the run around. I learned of Chris from a friend and he called and set up an appointment and he got there earlier that expected and got the job done!!! We will be using him for anymore problems in the future!!!
