Used Arc Angel 2 days in a row, first for installation of a ceiling fan on a very tall ceiling, then to install a surge protector on the electrical panel. I'm not a contractor, but I have been screwed over by quite a few. These guys make the entire industry look much better. The first time they came out I had been told by another contractor that I needed $5,000 worth of work done - Henry said the issue was a $50 fix in my breaker box. Makes me wonder how the other guys sleep at night.

I had them back on five different occassions to handle work. Everything from outdoor flood lights, vanity fixtures in bathrooms, extra lighting in my garage, dimmers throughout the house...they do it all....they do it right...and they do it for an honest price.

Called to have garage light installed and a ceiling light in the living room, it took about 3 hours for the work to be finished, which I think is really good for the amount of work to install those items. The technicians, Alvin and Fransisco were great, very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all questions about the work to be performed, and also work I will want to be done in the future. AA quoted the best price and did great work. I would recommend them for any electric work, and I will use them again in the future for any of my electric service needs.

This company has been out to my house 3 times through my warranty company. I STILL do not know what it will cost nor what the problem is to repair some outlets that are out.
The same guy all 3 times. He told me he would not do the job since he would have to deal with my spray foam insulation.
DO NOT waste your time or money with them. This guy is overly by ccx the book, and super bougie! He is always on the phone walking around my home & property talking with someone. Very unprofessional. It comes across like he is too good for the job, and he wants to charge for everything time he looks at something.
And everytime me and my insurance company tried to call their phone number, it always went to a recording and we had to wait to be called back.
No such thing as above & beyond for the customer here.
