Christopher came out to look at panel replacement for me at 8pm on a Friday night. Was here within 20 minutes of my call and was here the next morning on time with everything to do the panel, drive in a grounding rod and even box some junctions in the attic which he included in the price even though I asked him about it after he had given me the estimate. He took his time and was very knowledgeable and thorough and still finished in a day. If you need an electrician... hire him, you'll be glad you did.

Hardee Electric replaced an electrical panel for us to bring our system up to code. This is the 4th time we have worked with them (installed can lights, ceiling fan, exhaust fans, switches, and surge protector). They offer fair prices, they are punctual and their crew is polite. I recommend them for any of your electrical service needs.

I used Panther City Electric to fix some outside outlets that were popping breakers as well as install a whole home surge protection system. Mike was excellent to work with, prompt, knowledgable, and very reasonably priced. Mike fixed the outlets and installed the surge protector and explained its usage and warranties. Brown electric out he flirted with my wife the whole time I was a work did all work for no charge told her this one's one me but wanted one-on-one lessons with my wife on Google and SEOs because his wife's a teacher and don't want to help him in the office I guess he's seeking help from other married women or make it a lifestyle? Then texting her phone at 8 pm asking how was the hot water?

I called at 3AM in tears because of a smoke detector issue. I couldn’t believe the amazing service and prompt response. You don’t find people who care now-a-days but Scott Electric was so kind and resolved my issue. Thank You!

This was our second time using Dodson, because our first experience was overall very good. I requested estimate to install coach lights and requested estimate to install security cameras. They sent estimate for light installation and I called to confirm the pricing and scope of work and verified that they knew we did not currently have lights, and also sent at least 3 emails back and forth advising they were coach and not floodlights, and was advised each time the estimate was correct. They called the morning of scheduled installation at the time they were supposed to have arrived, saying they couldn’t do the job for that amount. I responded that I’d asked multiple times and was advised it was correct estimate before install day. They responded that they could come and do another estimate for the work and provide estimate for the security cameras at that time. I advised when they arrived that I’d questioned at least 3 times and was advised their estimate was correct. They didn’t honor their written estimate and brushed it off as no big deal. We reluctantly proceeded with the work because we had taken the day off for the installation. When we were invoiced, they upcharged retail cost of the light fixture - that they offered to pick up because they needed to go get additional supplies for the job. We also needed to go to same store to pick up an order, so we wouldn’t have agreed to have them purchase the item if we knew they would be charging us to do so. When we asked them to correct it, they reinvoiced it separately reducing the discount that was previously applied on original invoice. This was some of the worst customer service I have seen. Lesson learned - if this ever happens again with any service provider, we will just decline the service altogether! Should’ve been a red flag with the way the original estimate was handled.

An unexpected garage ceiling collapse caused me to act upon repairing a sagging ceiling and light fixture over the breakfast table. I also wanted to update the old canned lights in the kitchen and to add more lights in the breakfast room ceiling.

Chris was able to advise me on the number of lights needed, the best color value, and the correct placement to avoid creating shadow areas. He listened to me explain our actual usage of the lights, which are left on all day and which ones are night lights and task lights.

The result is a well lit kitchen that is more modern and workable. He and his team were fast, efficient and cleaned-up after themselves. He communicated well and kept to the agreed upon schedule. I appreciate his knowledge, advice and skill.

Matthew R. and his team came out almost as soon as I called TopTech. An outlet blew and restarting the breaker wouldn't work. Matthew checked essentially every single outlet, even after figuring out the problem, just to make sure everything else was in order. He was super diligent, but also responsive, timely, and kept me in the loop of what was going on. I will absolutely be calling TopTech/Matthew again! The front office people were great to work with, too!
