Best Ground Up Commercial in Fort Worth TX

I contacted 2 electric service companies on Thursday. Milestone and Mr. Electric. I scheduled with Milestone to come out on Friday to install a ceiling fan. There was a service charge of $69 but I went ahead and scheduled since they could come the next day. I then saw the add for Mr. Electric and called. She also told me they could come Friday and she would waive the service call. No brainer. So I scheduled with Mr. Electric and canceled Milestone. My window of service was 12-5. I left work at 1:00 to meet them at my home even though they had not called yet. I decided to call their office just to confirm that I was on the schedule. She says yes I was just about to call you. I said great because I'm on my way home. She then says, no they are behind on other calls so they would have to cancel me and reschedule for Monday. I told her that was not acceptable and that I had canceled another company already to go with Mr. Electric. Didn't matter one bit to them. It was Monday or nothing. I have no respect for companies that pull stunts like this. I wouldn't give them my business now if they offered it for free. Anyone reading this, call Milestone.

Anthony came and checked out the cause of the issue. We had a single outlet located in our attic that was controlled by two switches. So he made the outlet it’s own power source and created a new outlet for the old switch.

The people that drive their service trucks don’t pay attention to where they are driving and almost hit people then they roll the window down and proceed to yell at them because they almost hit them. If the driver would just pay attention to what he is doing they will not run anyone over. The way this person acted will keep me from ever calling them for service if this is the type of people they employ.

They called me back quickly and helped me fix my issue myself! Will definitely call them again if I have more electrical issues.

BW was contracted through our home warranty One Guard and we had Breco contact us immediately, schedule with my requested time and show up promptly and do a great job installing our ceiling fan and disclosing all warranty details. I'm keeping the card for any future electrical needs!

Brad did an awesome installing our a new hallway and kitchen lights. He also wired our patio lights we had since we bought the house 2 years ago, the wires were in the attic not connected to anything. He is very good and was quick. Will call him for service again.

Portable generator install in case of power outage. Phoenix electrical runs a tidy ship from first contact with Misty and Paul to scheduling, quotes, installs and payment. Tyler was very professional and explained clearly how to run a portable generator. They answer all my questions and advises on the best generator to buy. They are a one stop shop. I intend to use them for backup generator installs as well.highly recommended.
