I needed a dedicated circuit run for a spring project I've been putting off for way too long. I had contacted another electrician who gave me a bid then stopped taking my calls and even hung up on me a week later. I had a question about some vague language in his bid. I guess he didn't like me asking questions. I contacted Mr. Ken who set a day to come out and take a look. Mr. Ken gave me a fair bid and came back 2 days later to do the work. Representatives of A & A arrived when they said they would and performed the needed service (an extensive repair) in a timely manner. The repair was completed when promised and put our electrical system back to it's original and properly operating status. Both of the technicians were polite and kept us fully informed all during the repair as to the status and what they were accomplishing.

Tech came in and asked for the service call money upfront. His attitude was very negative from the beginning. He opened the outlet and said that the ground was improperly installed in the outlet. When I asked him how he knew, he said the cables in the house don't go bad and we inherit problems from prior owners. Maybe an animal had damaged it.

The outlet stop working and showed an open ground. We have lived here for over 10 years. The outlet had been working properly before. He said if I had problems with the warranty company it was time to look for a new one. He said he can repair it if I paid $450 in addition to the service call. Not a good company to call.
