I contacted Electri-serve to replace my service panel and they sent Mr. Kessinger to give me a quote. Mr. Kessinger was professional and knowledgeable and gave me a great price. I then email Mr Kessinger on 5/21 saying I'd like to hire them he responded on 5/21 saying Stacey will get with you to schedule a date for the work. Today is now 7/24 and I never heard a peep from the companies scheduler Stacey so I hired JW electric and paid the extra 300 for a company that will actually contact you back and schedule a date to preform the work you are trying go hire them for. In the future I will not even waste my time with Electri-serve if they can not even be bothered to contact a customer that is trying to pay them for a service they say they do. Do not waste your time

He also made recommendations when spotting other things around the house, but wasn’t pushy whatsoever about having that done by them. I was really pleased with my experience, Kory was always prompt and responsive, did a great job, and prices were reasonable. He was really accommodating when I had some extra last minute requests as well.

We had their technicians come out to give us and estimate to replace a toilet and they were great. Unfortunately the scheduling team cancelled on us twice afterwards even after we explained we had guests coming in and needed help immediately. We even signed a contract for the work and they still cancelled on us. Not professional. Unfortunate.

Sean did an amazing job with a service change & new breaker box on my duplex. He made sure the old wiring in my home was replaced and safe where needed and also installed new floor outlets.
