Korey W came over to do yearly maintenance on our furnance when he inspected our water heater and noticed it was leaking he suggested some things we could do. He wasn’t pushy at all he gave us a lot of information, and helped us get the questions we had answered about our water heater. He was also pretty cool guy over all & made the appt easy for my husband and i. Called AAA service on one of the first hot days of the summer when our AC stopped cooling the house. I was shocked and thrilled to schedule a same day appointment. Umberto came that afternoon and found our AC unit had a loose fuse at the AC cutoff that was causing the problem. After he simply pushed the fuse back in, he did a full checkup of our HVAC system and let us know everything was running well. We only had to pay the $49 service.

Scott was profesional, and took the time to explain the problem and what needed to be done. He also share his expertise on other possible issues in the future in a concise manner. He communicated well
