To start, Shelby our tech was absolutely incredible. She was incredibly kind and absolutely had our best interests in mind when servicing us. She was on time and mindful of not dragging any additional dirt or mess throughout the house. She’s great and I appreciate her greatly.That all being said please do more research when looking at HVAC companies and comparison shop. Brothers has the absolute most expensive installations and repairs out of the nearly dozen quotes that I have gotten for my installation. I nearly paid them a $500 non refundable deposit that would have been a massive mistake for my family. The financing they offer is below grade compared to everyone else in Denver and Northern Colorado. Please do your research and you can save over 10K on your HVAC installation with 0% financing for multiple years like I just did. I nearly made the worst mistake of my new homeowner life and I am glad I avoided going with Brothers.I am incredibly thankful for making additional calls before settling for an absolute mistake.

Aaark Total Home Services was called for no heat. The 15 year old furnace would have needed $1200 in repairs with no guarantees as to what may break next or when. The furnace was replaced, the 15 year old water heater was replaced preemptively and a new humidifier was put on the unit. A big project that Aaark Total Home Services managed expertly. They had five trucks to the house to get everything done in a day. They took excellent care of the house with runners and clean shoes/boots, and care to not hit anything when hauling old and new equipment. I would highly recommend Aaark for all your home care needs. Cris V. came first to give me an estimate. He was very punctual, knowledgeable and motivated to find best product that would suit our needs. He was very knowledgable about different brands and not insisting on a particular brand like all other contractors. I accepted his offer and he scheduled installation within 24 hours. Chris V. and Gabe W. came on time the following day on time. Furnace and thermostat were installed without glitches while the old furnace was removed. Our home was left in immaculate condition although he and other crew member had to go out and in many times.
