During a windstorm a neighbor's dead tree fell on my power lines pulling my electrical panel off my house and snapping a streetlight pole in half. It was a chilly day which meant the temperature in my house was quickly dropping (by the next morning it was 56 degrees in my house). I called and Steven P came out and gave me an estimate and said they could do the work the next day. He and Andrew were there by 8:30 and worked throughout the day. By 4:30 I had power & heat again. Both Steve and Andrew were diligent and knew what they were doing.

Met Korey W. at The WireNut booth at a home show where we scheduled a Furnace check for our home. Korey did a thorough inspection from the thermostat to the smallest internal parts of the furnace (something two other companies failed to do). With his great knowledge and experience, he helped us understand the ins and outs of the system, what parts were not performing to the recommended specs, and gave us an option on whether we wanted him to replace the parts and fix things on the spot or not. He did a side by side performance check with the old and new part so that we could see the difference ourselves. Korey went over and beyond in ensuring we got the best use out of our furnace, with the aim of prolonging the lifespan of the system. With the performance of this young man, this is a company we would recommend to anyone.

Denver Water is assisted by Aaark as Denver Water replaces the main water supply line to each house in Congress Park. Nick Mancuso from Aaark came to make the final connections inside my house along-with a new on/off valve. Nick was quite thorough & helpful to me. I really appreciate that.

Greg Thompson came out and knew what he was doing. We had a busted pipe that was in a very hard to reach area (between a fireplace and brick wall). He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Informative too! I’ll forever be calling him up for any plumbing services needed. Thank you Greg!

I would NEVER use this company again. Technician that came out was extremely shady. We paid for a furnace inspection and cleaning because we were selling our house. Long story short, the tech said we had leaking gas, the furnace was very old and needed to be replaced and said he had cleaned the furnace. Knowing the tech was completely wrong because our furnace is a well made brand and only 3 years old, I called another company out for a second opinion. This well reviewed, amazing company with great work ethic came out and instantly knew we had a great furnace just by looking at the brand. They tested the unit and found there were definitely no gas leaks, all parts were in great working order, and the tech from Golden West didn't even clean out the furnace.I filed a complaint with the company and with the BBB. Gold West refunded our money and in their reply to the BBB complaint said they only wipe down easily assessable parts of the furnace and change filters as part of their cleaning. I don't know about you, but I can replace my own filters and wipe down my furnace with a wet rag for MUCH less than $89.Spend more money and go with a better company because this company is a joke. Glad we got a second opinion because we would have lost the sale of our house, had to spend a quote $3,000 - $4,000 on a new furnace which wasn't needed, and had to go through the process of putting our home on the market all over again. Steer clear if you are smart.
