Absolute Electrical Heating and Air is an outstanding company! We have worked with several other companies in the past, and Absolute is by far the best company.Jeremy Jackson and Isaiah from Absolute did an excellent job with replacing an electrical box that had some corrosion on some of the wires. Before contacting Absolute, we had received a quote from another company we had worked with in the past. That other company only presented one viable option, which was to replace the electrical box. They used scare tactics to try and force us into getting the work started right away. When Jeremy from Absolute Electrical came to our home, he was very personable and professional. He presented multiple options on getting the wires fixed, not just going with the most expensive option. This really showed a different level of what it means to do business with integrity. Being that I am not an electrician, I would want to hire an electrician that is prudent and acts in my best interest, Jeremy went above and beyond with delivering quality service and workmanship. Even with the more cost-effective options provided by Jeremy and the Absolute team, we still decided to replace the electrical box. (And it was still lower in price than the other company!)The company overall has amiable staff all around, every communication with them was very professional and informative. We even received a thank you note from them!

We chose Matt and Co to swap out our old service panel for a more capable and safer one as well as add in a junction where more power was needed. Sometimes it's hard to get an electrician to come out for small jobs - you don't really want somebody to come, bid it out, schedule it, etc... You just want the job done! Piper Electric couldn't have been any easier! We just had two new outlets to add for a walk-in closet rebuild and they sent a technician out on a Tuesday morning to work hourly until it was done. Art showed up right on time, was super nice and professional, spent about an hour up in our attic and BOOM it was done! Really great experience and super easy. We'll definitely use them again!

Justin knows a lot about electrical work and clearly loves what he does. He and his team installed a new panel and changed all of my light fixtures and devices around my house. Also had to reroute through the roof to connect to my detached garage. I’ve learned a lot from listening to him because he loves to talk about what he knows and I appreciate that! I’m glad I called him for sure!

Your employees are idiots who don't know safety. I was at DIA and they were doing radiation tests. A guy was standing there with caution tape but didn't caution off any of the seating even though you weren't allowed in that area. There were hundreds of people in the area including small children. I told him to tape off the area where we werent allowed due to radiation testing and he got irritated and refused. In the time he spent arguing with me he could have taped it off. Well done.

Great experience from the initial phone call through the repair. As promised, Cody called to let us know he was enroute. When he arrived he was conscientious about shoe covers, which was important to my mom. He was very professional when walking us through the issues and potential solutions. Provided a clear, understandable and fair proposal and got the work done very efficiently with no BS or upselling normally experienced when dealing with many other companies.
