They simply do not follow up with phone calls or messages, or... they cherry pick their jobs, be sure to leave no indication as to what your job is in order to get them to call you.

Slava and Justin are extremely easy to work with. I was searching around for someone who knew that they were doing and was recommended to go with Slava, so I did. Buying an electric vehicle is a huge investment so you want it done right. I couldn't be happier. Communication and work was great. Justin came by and knew what he was doing. If ever I need anything else, I will definitely go with S Star Electric.

Jerad and his sister came out on a moments notice on a Saturday morning. They arrived in about 5 min after speaking with me. Came in and diagnosed the problem within a few min. 15 minutes or so later the problem was fixed for a very resonable price compared to others we called that morning. My experience with Tom at South Metro Electric has been poor, to say the least. He missed 3 appointments to come to my house and install the electric for our hot tub. On each occasion when we called to figure out what was going on and why he wasn't there the folks at SME chose not to answer the phone or call us back. After repeated calls and emails on each occasion we finally got a response from Tom with some other lame excuse about why he couldn't make it. His final excuse was that it's hard to commit. Hard to commit? To making an appointment and showing up for it? That's not the kind of person or place I'm interested in working with. There are a ton of good, and reliable, electricians in this town...I would recommend passing on SME and hiring someone who wants your business.

Highly skilled electricians at fair prices. Very efficient, quick scheduling. This is our go-to for residential repairs and installations. Our house is loaded with oddball / complicated / commercial fixtures, and Electri-serve has always done a great job. We have had a lot of problems with other electricians doing terrible work and are thankful for the work Electri-serve does for us.
