Update: I like to give credit where it's due, a day after my review I was called by a customer support agent who advised that they would make sure my issue was resolved. They offered to credit me the $1000 and deal with Xcel on their own time which was a perfect resolution for me. I just had to have a tech come check out my system once more (Got to see Jack again, great tech) and fill out another rebate form. I've raise my rating as a result of this quick response. I'm still keeping one star as interest on my rebate ;)-----------I wish I could leave a 5 star, initially I had a really good experience with this company. Last year our AC took it's last breath, I had another company come out and tell me it was dead, then I had Done come out for a second opinion as well as a second quote. I also had one other quote during this time for a full system replacement. They were all pretty close in price, but Done had them beat by just enough since they were doing a rebate of $1000. I'd also like to point out the rep for Done was much better at explaining the systems and benefits. So, 3-4 days of shopping and I settled with Done, about a week later I got my system installed in a single day. Great work, it's working great still. My problem is that it's a year later and I have still yet to receive my $1000 rebate. I've called 6+ times and emailed. Initially I chose to have it credited to my electric bill, and after 4-5 calls was informed they're having issues with Xcel crediting people, so I say No worries, I honestly just want a check at this point I was told they'd have to get the approval of the finance.. or accounting team or some other.. that was several months ago and I've heard nothing, received nothing. At this point I've just accepted a $1000 loss, which ironically was the reason I went with Done in the first place. It feels like a bait and switch, I'm sure it's not malicious but I just don't know how something like that falls through the cracks.

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

Jason was a lifesaver. My bathtub drain pipe was broken and leaking like crazy. The drain pipe and associated plumbing required replacement and it was a very difficult location on a basement bathtub. The bathtub is very old and presented numerous challenges. The access was also super tight. Jason worked diligently to address all of the various issues that came up and got the bathtub drainage and plumbing all buttoned back up. He also changed out the water heater. Both projects look great and are operating perfectly. What a huge relief to have found a knowledgeable and dependable plumber. Thanks!

Get in line early -- Doug is in high demand, for good reason. He's a pro at diagnosing and fixing problems, gives great customer service, and offered tips on how to avoid potential future problems when he made a service call to our house regarding a kitchen sink/plumbing issue. Because it wasn't an emergency, and it was a busy time of year, he couldn't get RIGHT out to see us, but he paid a call quickly and got the job done professionally.

I had Tipping Hat install a utility sink in my garage, which was no small feat given there were no rough ins for plumbing. From the estimate process to the actual work getting done, the whole team was amazing.I want to specifically call out Dan, Austin Y. and Austin P. who came out and the actual work. Everything was tidy and very well done with excellent communication along the way.

Horrible service. Left my bathroom dirty, didn't review the work with me, the service person just disappeared. They left the water pressure too low and after a month of several contacts, finally returned. When I asked what the water pressure level was the tech replied, I don't know, I don't have a water pressure gauge A plumber who doesn't have a water pressure gauge wants me to guess what water pressure is sufficient?! Follow up to management was useless. I'll pay the bill, but will never use Tony Capra Plumbing again

Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!

Called to check before they came. Were on time. Explained everything they did as well as answered all our questions. Will continue to use Horizon for all my HVAC needs.
