Most recent visit from Jarod is Dec 10, 2019 and he work hard again. He came another time Dec. 4, 2019 to check and make sure everything was working well and to give bid for new work that will start next week. Jarod continues to be an exceptional person to work with us on major rewiring of our 100 year old house. He came back another time to make some adjustments because of the way we need to use certain outlets. His communication with me has always been excellent as has the communication of the whole company.

Brother’s has been my go-to company for several years. They are reliable and the staff is always friendly and communicate well. Jeremy turned on our sprinklers for the season and he was extremely thorough on every zone, and identified what needed to be repaired. I greatly appreciate the level of service Brother’s and their technicians offer.Today, Gannon C arrived promptly at the start of the day as scheduled to install our new furnace in order to get our A/C working. He was an impressive one man show and went above and beyond to ensure a flawless install. When we fired up the system there were a few things I asked to change and he happily completed them. On the final inspect, we noticed an issue with the A/C that would require several more hours of work and additional parts. He didn’t lie to me about what the issues were, he just jumped in to find out the reason for the issue and quickly sorted out a solution. Dispatch had another truck bring him parts while he tore into the AC. He spent 12 hours on site, and did nothing but cheerfully smile and ensure I was 100% satisfied. Happy to say the AC is working amazingly well this morning and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Gannon and thank you Brother’s for always going to great lengths to ensure your customers are getting what they are paying for!!I’ve used countless OTHER companies, that cancel last minute, don’t show up, aren’t prepared to complete jobs as scheduled, in T-shirt and shorts when it’s snowing and they know they are working on outdoor systems. Brother’s has never missed the mark and I’m happy to continue promoting the company and their technicians.

Truck cut me off in the Fraser Murdoch’s parking lot. Tried calling company they didn’t respond to issue. I’d recommend not driving hazardously when company name and number are in the side

Chris was great and explained what the problem was with my diy fixture replacement and educated me while fixing it. At no time did I feel condescended to, which happens so often as a female homeowner dealing with contractors, and I really appreciated that.

Fantastic service!! On time, professional and explained on both fronts cost and work to be done! Had both plumbing and electrical work done- Eric did the plumbing (installed new master bath faucets and shower head and Jonathan repaired lighting in garage - both work done exceeding my expectations!! I had Max and Edgar come out to my house to turn on my swamp cooler and have to say the service was superb! They communicated everything they were going to do during their visit and took pictures of my existing swamp cooler to show me things that needed to get fixed + things to watch for in the future. The price was fair for the services they provided and I’ll definitely be using this service again in the future.
