Best Need Plumbing Repair in Denver CO

We had Sterling as our technician. He was great!! Came the next day to detect where the leak was coming from. It only took him 5 minutes to figure it out and give me an estimate! The guys were amazing!! I will use them for any house issues or maintenance!!! Great, awesome guys!!

I called today at 12PM, 04/27/2018 for this company to fix the switch in the bathroom because it wouldn't turn on. The technician, Benjamin, was present with someone else were looking to solve the problem, however they didn't have the equipment present with them. Benjamin sent the other person with him to get the equipment (multi meter), this was taking a very long time, and I, the owner was present as this was all happening. They asked me if I knew where the breaker box was, and I said yes and told me to turn it off. Benjamin quickly reconnected some wires and the other person was still in the van and wasn't helping. Then Benjamin told me to turn the breaker box on again, and then some buzzing noises occurred and eventually, an explosion. I was yelling at Benjamin that an explosion had occurred, however, he didn't hear me, resulting in me having to go back to the bathroom to tell him. He went to open the breaker box and saw that some of the cables were broken. I believe this was due to an overcharge of electricity. I wanted to leave it at that, however, Benjamin was telling me that due to what had happened now it would be a 6-8 hour job. The problem was in the breaker box, but the box didn't have broken wires. There then was a second electricity spark that happened inside the house that the tenant saw. Immediately after the technicians left, I contacted their office and I explained what had happened, and they said they were going to try to find a solution for me. They were trying to find someone close that would come. They had said they would call me, and I never got a call back. I called twice and customer service waited with me on the line and said they would talk to the manager. I waited on the line for 5 minutes and the representative said she would call me back in 30 minutes. She called me back to tell me that Benjamin did a correct job and there was no need to call anyone, but if I wanted a second opinion they were going to charge me $260 more. The problem is Benjamin overheated the breaker box when it hadn't had broken wires prior to him being there to fix it. I called their office number once more so I could get the bill and a receipt to get information over the work they had done, and I still haven't received anything. My big concern about all this is that I rent that house, i don't live there, and Benjamin just put something temporary on the breaker box and I'm afraid that something bad will happen due to him having made the problem worse. Very unimpressed with this service.

Took day off never showed up, when called they told me they had to send guy to an emergency. Took day off work sat around after he text was on his way. Called and was told he had to go do something else. So now warranty up and never had flushed water heater. Good service at beginning but horrible communication for letting me sit all day then tell me he will not be making it I had to reschedule. Warranty up now and lost a day for nothing. Hopefully they fix issue.

This is the second time we have had Aaark come out for a service (first for A/C, this time for furnace repair.) Their technician Chad got here early, was super efficient in diagnosing the issue, got our furnace back up and running quickly, and was super friendly to boot! I also appreciate that he practiced safe covid protocol and wore his mask at all times while inside. Would definitely recommend Aaark as they have been great both times we have needed them, and I feel their pricing is also very fair!

We first called Applewood when we had an emergency issue with our house. They were quick to respond and so gracious about the whole thing. Now they are our go-to team for any plumbing, electrical, etc. I appreciate so much about how they do business. From clear communication and thoughtful follow up to reasonable pricing, we tell all of our friends to use their services.

I called in the morning to schedule an appointment and they were able to have someone come out to us a couple hours later - very timely. Damian showed up at our door and he was very professional and friendly. Took care of our drain issue quickly and took the time to show us what to do to prevent the issue going forward. Definitely will call AAA Service again and recommend them to friends and family.

We had a new furnace installed. The people at Tipping Hat were courteous and knowledgeable. Michael came out and did a thorough diagnostic on our old furnace and we were lucky enough that they were able to install a new one the very next day. I am glad we went with Tipping Hat and would recommend them to others if asked.

Anthony was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions which assisted in making a decision on what evaporated cooler to purchase and install. His professionalism and knowledge about each product gave us reassurance that we should go with Golden West. We are pleased with the service and unit we purchased.
