One morning, we had a power outage at our bakery in Downtown, Littleton CO. The nature of the problem caused us some confusion, as the power was partially working in some places.

Called early in the morning, and they were able to send Ben, the electrician right away. Ben determined Xcel energy needed to restore full power and was referred to them. I appreciate the quick response and solution.

Thanks again, would highly recommend to anyone, and will call again for any future needs.

Had a great experience with Gary, the owner. Fit in the project quickly and was able to easily communicate with. Not the best experience with the actual electrician that arrived to do the job, but the job was done successfully and correct.

Jerad and his sister came out on a moments notice on a Saturday morning. They arrived in about 5 min after speaking with me. Came in and diagnosed the problem within a few min. 15 minutes or so later the problem was fixed for a very resonable price compared to others we called that morning. Some of his competitors wanted 3 times as much just to come out and diagnose the problem. (YIKES) We will be using H.E.L.P. Electric for all our electrical needs going forward. Thank you Jerad

Steven was very professional and efficient. There were some issues yesterday with the scheduling, but that was the dispatch center’s fault. The rescheduled visit today was perfect. Communication from dispatch and from Steven was great. I’m very impressed with Heart and will definitely use them again.

Cost me 200 dollars to have a switch replaced. My fault for not asking about their pricing before they came out. Took less than 10 minutes. Their minimum service charge is a lot more than other places. A friend of mine recommended them and I figured he wouldnt recommend a place that would rip me off. I was wrong. Called another company (after the fact unfortunately) and their basic service trip charge is 90 dollars. The standard is 90-100 and these crooks charge twice that. Use at your own risk.

I had a terrible experience with the new owner of this company. The old owner was a great man and did fantastic work. The new owner is unethical and dishonest in her business practices and dealings, and also in the quality of work that she delivers for a premium price. When hiring these types of people, we are putting ourselves at the mercy of their expertise. I myself am a novice about anything electrical. Please don't trust these people to do the job that you need to get done. They did my entire job incorrectly and charged an astronomical price. The new owner doesn't take pride in the quality of her work, and her prices are double what the other companies are charging. Do your research, get quotes from other people. Save yourselves the headache and the money.
