It was very clear that he is an expert in the space and operated with a very high level of professionalism. He provided multiple solutions for our hot water tank issues and took the time to explain each step of the process and the costs associated while answering all of our questions. Isaac was very professional and informative on what I needed and repaired what was needed quickly. He let me know ahead of time 2 different scenarios that it may be and the cost of them, he was super nice and dressed wore COVID mask and gloves. Will use them again.

Always very knowledgeable and professional electricians

I called up this company on July 19 to let them know that I needed an electrician to diagnose/repair an electrical problem with my HVAC. I'd had an issue with a roof leak that shorted my furnace last year and it ended up with me needing an electrician (after the roof repair), and not an HVAC person, to find the issue. The issue is recurring this year, and I've had the hole in the roof fixed yet again. I explained this to the guy on the phone at CT, who still said well let me save you some time here... you need an HVAC person etc etc. We ended up not scheduling an appointment because he was dead set on me needing an HVAC and not an electrician (as though I don't know what's been happening and what I need here).

The issue ended up being routed through my HOA, and they insisted on sending over an HVAC person, who ALSO concluded that what we really need is an electrician. I'm now going to have an electrician over, but it's sure not going to be from CT. Everywhere I turn, people like to assume that they know better even though they have none of the facts, and CT failed to set themselves apart in this way. YOU GUYS should have saved me some time here and just sent someone over here when I reached out because I knew what I needed and what I needed was an electrician.

Mark did a wonderful job at explaining everything. He took his time and was very patient as I run a child care out of my home.James installed the new furnace he too was also very professional. Also the gentleman that delivered the new furnace helped and was nice.

Jami Knigjt was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I could tell how much he cared about not only doing a good job but also making sure that he informed me in a non pushy way about other issues that he found while replacing my hot water heater.
