Great work and very knowledgeable. Stephen and Andrew fixed our breaker and Ian worked on our hot water heater. Would recommend them all!

The technician was great and very thorough in the work he performed. However it was very expensive in my opinion. $250.00 to change a single switch light switch that took all of ten minutes is highway robbery. I'll take some courses on this type of stuff going forward vs. getting hit in the wallet so hard for a simple repair.

Good communication. Crew arrived early, very professional and were quick to do the job. Happy with my installation.

Tech was unable to reconnect a fan wire on the compressor and instead could only offer a completely new system for between $11K and $19K. This is the 2nd time that I have experienced this exact result with Brothers, and twice have had a 2nd agency come out and complete the repair without having to buy a whole new system. Very disappointing. In response to the note below from the owner (approximately 6 days ago.) I have not heard from the company.
