Was called in for a simple fan repair. The installer installed a fan that is too large so the fan blades hit the vent and make a loud noise. I asked at the time about the noise and was told by the technician the ‚fans are just loud‘. I discovered this because our attempt to get the fan cover back has required extensive effort and investigation - at this point I am wondering if they were aware of this and that is why they refused to install it when asked. I would not recommend this company.

We had a remodel wired, a new electrical panel installed, and numerous light fixtures installed for us by the ElectriCall team. Nigel and staff were exceedingly competent, kind, and professional. We would not hesitate to call them again.

They made a mistake booking me and were very late for my appointment time, but then did not charge me anything for fixing my doorbell. I'm okay with companies making mistakes if they take steps to fix it like Amp did. Once they arrived they were very helpful and quick. They've earned a customer despite the setback. (Tip: I recommend calling to schedule an appointment rather than emailing like I did, that seems to be the preferred/easier way to go.)

The Technician texted and then followed-up with a phone call to announce his arrival, was very knowledgeable on the subject, respected my property, and provided a quality estimate for a whole house attic fan instillation at a very good price in comparison to two other companies who also provided estimates. He went above and beyond in his efforts to address the restrictions imposed on him by his employer to deal with the COVID-19 situation in Denver.

These guys are fantastic! From the consultation all the way through completion of the project...nothing but friendly and professional! Tim and his son exceeded our expectations. Tim called himself to provide a quote (which was far more economical than others I received). They were able to come out the week of to correct/complete the pigtailing we needed of our aluminum wiring. We will refer them to all of our friends and family and will only use them in the future.

Chris Slade was a very nice person and I am happy with the electrical installations he did. However, her was not easy to contact, was slow to respond to messages, postponed the time/date, and did not seem especially knowledgeable about what seemed to be simple questions/issues.
