Martin did a really good job locating an electrical problem that prevented our whole house fan from working. He did what was necessary (even when it was troublesome) by climbing into our attic through a vent to locate the problem. We are very satisfied also with his work to replace our aluminum wiring fixtures with copper pigtails. Thanks, Martin.

I called today at 12PM, 04/27/2018 for this company to fix the switch in the bathroom because it wouldn't turn on. The technician, Benjamin, was present with someone else were looking to solve the problem, however they didn't have the equipment present with them. Benjamin sent the other person with him to get the equipment (multi meter), this was taking a very long time, and I, the owner was present as this was all happening. They asked me if I knew where the breaker box was, and I said yes and told me to turn it off. Benjamin quickly reconnected some wires and the other person was still in the van and wasn't helping. Then Benjamin told me to turn the breaker box on again, and then some buzzing noises occurred and eventually, an explosion. I was yelling at Benjamin that an explosion had occurred, however, he didn't hear me, resulting in me having to go back to the bathroom to tell him. He went to open the breaker box and saw that some of the cables were broken. I believe this was due to an overcharge of electricity. I wanted to leave it at that, however, Benjamin was telling me that due to what had happened now it would be a 6-8 hour job. The problem was in the breaker box, but the box didn't have broken wires. There then was a second electricity spark that happened inside the house that the tenant saw. Immediately after the technicians left, I contacted their office and I explained what had happened, and they said they were going to try to find a solution for me. They were trying to find someone close that would come. They had said they would call me, and I never got a call back. I called twice and customer service waited with me on the line and said they would talk to the manager. I waited on the line for 5 minutes and the representative said she would call me back in 30 minutes. She called me back to tell me that Benjamin did a correct job and there was no need to call anyone, but if I wanted a second opinion they were going to charge me $260 more. The problem is Benjamin overheated the breaker box when it hadn't had broken wires prior to him being there to fix it. I called their office number once more so I could get the bill and a receipt to get information over the work they had done, and I still haven't received anything. My big concern about all this is that I rent that house, i don't live there, and Benjamin just put something temporary on the breaker box and I'm afraid that something bad will happen due to him having made the problem worse. Very unimpressed with this service.

Called Piper electric because the HVAC technician said everything was fine with the furnace and there must be a short somewhere. Piper put me on the schedule for the next day. Art showed up and determined right away that the power from the box to the unit was working. Art could have just left after that but he took the extra step of opening the furnace to check the connection. He knew right away the connection was not good and when he opened the box he discovered a burnt wire. Art said the HVAC technician should have checked the connection first thing. I got the company on the phone and Art talked to them and told them they need to give me my money back because he was going to fix the connection. I can't tell you how grateful I was that Art took the extra step to fix the furnace. Thank you Piper Electric!

Justin is very knowledgeable and will be our go to electrician in the future. We knew when we purchased our home the panel was a mess and our house had outdated aluminum wiring. Justin and Chase took their time and upgraded our panel and changed out all our switches and outlets. It was a big job and we appreciate that they took their time. Justin was very informative and let us know of any issues with the wiring of our house. We feel better knowing our house is safe and up to code. Justin doesn’t cut corners and makes sure the job is done right even if it takes additional time. We definitely recommend his company.

Everyone has been Thoughtful and gave excellent service, kind & answered all my questions. Great at talking with me about the process so that I was informed. Anthony took his time problem solving the issue so that he could rule out many things. Andy came it he next day and really used his experience to get my heat pump to work. I appreciate Andy making my puppy feel safe.

We saw water coming through our basement floor late in the afternoon and after seeing great feedback from a local word of mouth page, our first call was to doctor fix it. The technician came out the next business day and quickly discovered the problem (a busted kitchen drain line under our basement slab). We worked with homeowners to file a claim and within a day of it being approved, they had a crew out there to rip up the basement floor, replace the broken pipe and re-concrete the section of slab that was ripped up. Everybody from the initial technician who diagnosed the problem to the 2 guys that came out to complete the work were very professional, respectful and did everything necessary to contain and discard all of the waste from the job.
