They originally quoted me a Basic Shower Insert Install for $4383. I have the Hardcopy for this Quote. Then they discovered that I was planning to replace my Furnace and install Central AC. So they said everything (Shower, Furnace, AC) would be installed for $15,000. They immediately did the Furnace & AC for $11,500. And told me they would do the Shower later on a separate Invoice. We scheduled out the Shower Insert Install. When the Date came around they never showed up. They said the next day. Again never showed up. Then they said that they totally forget about the Shower job and needed to check out the work again. Then I met with another Shower guy different from the first Shower guy. He told me the job (Shower install alone) would actually cost between $15,000 - $16,000. About 4 TIMES more expensive than the original Shower Install quote. Looks like an old Bait n Switch routine on me to take the Furnace/AC install work away from another contractor I had already lined up. That Kodiak guy pulled one on me.

Everything was about as buttoned up as you can get! Bobby gave me 30min notice before showing up at the start of my appointment range. He walked me through a few things during the inspection and wrapped up giving me a full understanding of the health of my furnace and AC. Good value when you consider they make several trips on the service plan to check AC, Furnace and water heater. We had technician Ralph who patiently answered all my questions and was good about showing me what he was doing.
