We’ve been having issues with sulfur and methane smells in our house. John Johnson was incredibly insightful to what was happening and causing the issue as well as clear and concise with the work and cost. With this being a new home to us for only 6 months, we were relieved to have John’s knowledge. We have more work being quoted and will be asking for John to return!

I was planning on going with Tipping Hat because I like supporting local businesses. But the salesman that came to give me a quote for a new furnace was an absolute grouch. He was NOT friendly at all and acted like my project was a huge burden and inconvenience to him. My realtor and the selling agent and i all exchanged glances multiple times in disbelief at how rude he was. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but needless to say, we'll be going with another company for a new furnace.
