Our first experience was with Dara. He came to give us an estimate. He showed up with gloves, a mask, and foot protection for our home. We had a two hour appointment window and he was here about 15 minutes before that window began. I want to be clear, I am not complaining about this. This is the sort of service you hope for, but we’ve all been conditioned to expect someone to show up 5 minutes before that window closes, after the window closes, or not at all. This was not a freak occurrence either. After we went with Absolute the crew was always here early and raring to go to get the job done. So just be aware, if you go with Absolute, they may beat your morning alarm clock! Our other bids took less than 15 minutes to finish their estimate. Dara, at no cost, was in our house for over an hour. He closely inspected our furnace, electrical, and all related areas. He was very thorough and documented everything with notes and photos. Needless to say we went with Absolute. We felt like we were going to get a great team of people working on our home, and that’s exactly what we got. We had Jesse, Kenny Sr, and Kenny Jr on the Electrical, and Collin and Laine (and others-sorry I didn’t remember everyone’s name) on the AC/Furnace installation. It’s been about a month now and we’ve very much been enjoying our uninterrupted ice cold air conditioning, and have noticed the electrical in our home is rock solid, as we have been stress testing it here and there. The AC/Furnace gents did an amazing job building a brace for the furnace in our tri-level crawl space, which was not done with the previous unit. It opened up so much space in there I actually look forward to other projects that require crawl space installation because now I can get in there with ease. Even our plumbers, who came a week or so later to replace our outdoor faucets, and needed access to the crawl space, complimented the work down there. One of them said, and I quote, “They did you right.” I don’t feel like anyone on this team cut any corners whatsoever. They did what they had to do to deliver a quality product and experience for us, which is all we expected and hoped for. In fact, I can confidently say that everyone had a sense of exceeding expectations. I get the feeling that is something that comes from the top, and let me just say it is greatly appreciated, and rare. We also had interactions with Michele, Brooke, and Louis from their home-base, and everyone was extremely polite, helpful, professional, and acted with a sense of urgency and dedication rarely found in ANY business these days. So, we thank you all sincerely, and look forward to our partnership in the coming years. Thank you.

Use someone else, this guy can’t even provide a bid for services needed, he presents himself like a pro, but after sending him about 8 photos and a dozen text msgs of my very simple job he insisted on charging a $60 trip charge to me ( I’m in his posted online area code) and when i told him I won’t pay a trip charge for a bid he told me to go fishin….

Do not hire this company. I’ve spent close to $50k with these guys over the past 3 years to replace a boiler, sewer line, and have some repairs done in laundry room/bathroom. Kodiak, a project manager, has me bent over a barrel right now because they agreed to move plumbing lines in my bathroom, I paid them $14k, they started work and then said they actually couldn’t move my boiler lines without repiping whole house for another $30-40k. I reiterated they agreed to perform the work, they inspected the exposed lines before agreeing to work, and they are the ones that recommended and installed the boiler 3 years ago ($15k) because of the low cost to maintain, they should have known before taking my money and starting this new job. I’m also frustrated that the initial reason for replacing the sewer line was water backing up in basement, which continued after they replaced the sewer line for $17k (which I questioned needed replacing several times after watching scope)! Kodiak swears to me they’ll make it right and aren’t ripping me off, but has since gone radio silent and passed me along to Billy the supervisor. Billy says he can do 10% off the last project, which I told him is crazy bc they hadn’t completed the work and I expect them to do what I paid for. Billy then said maybe I should just replace my steam boiler since then I wouldn’t need the lines at all. I asked Billy if he’d buy back the steam boiler they sold me 3 years ago, which he would not. I told Billy I’m planning to have another contractor come quote the job to fix their mess and then take them to court to recoup my money. Talked with Billy 5/19 and he was going to take the weekend to think about a solution and call me back Monday 5/22. It’s 5/30 and I haven’t heard back from him yet. I wish they’d just do the work I paid for and treat me fairly, but that is the opposite of what I’ve repeatedly experienced with this company. Save your money and look somewhere else!

We are very pleased with the workmanship of Troy. He showed up exactly as scheduled, explained the scope of work to us and started his job. We had Carlos Gutierrez from Golden West Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning out to complete some work on our AC, Furnace, and install an alarm on our sump pump. I was very pleased that the organization calls you to let you know that the tech will be arriving within the hour. I also found Carlos very polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He always took time to explain what he found and to answer any questions I had. He took care with our home while he was working, which gave me peace of mind.
