Seth is an expert in his industry. I had to have him perform a few inspection-related electrical issues to the load center (panel) and connector to the food disposal. He performed the job with quick timing and had extra items available. Friendly guy who should expand the business.

I had a terrible experience with the new owner of this company. The old owner was a great man and did fantastic work. The new owner is unethical and dishonest in her business practices and dealings, and also in the quality of work that she delivers for a premium price. When hiring these types of people, we are putting ourselves at the mercy of their expertise. I myself am a novice about anything electrical. Please don't trust these people to do the job that you need to get done. They did my entire job incorrectly and charged an astronomical price. The new owner doesn't take pride in the quality of her work, and her prices are double what the other companies are charging. Do your research, get quotes from other people. Save yourselves the headache and the money.

I was very pleased with the value of his work, and the company he represents.I am a member, paying a fee each month. Lately the furnace I bought from Brothers stopped working, leaving me and my dogs to sleep in 60 degree weather. Unable to get service for close to a week. Not happy at all.This time when the furnace went down I was able to get a service person out within the hour. I was so relieved, my high blood pressure went down.

We have been using Great Guys for the home services part of their business. Nick handles the handy man requests and he has been amazing! We have used him numerous times! I don't even know how to hang a picture and Nick has been super patient to do all the handyman repairs I've needed in my new home. You definitely want to get a quote first. While they were nice on the phone the job they did for us was over 75% higher than I would have expected. They were at the house for two hours, two people, put in a plug and charged $900 dollars. I have a 50 amp 220 that took a company 2 days to get from the house to the detached garage and they charged me $200 less! I have been a Realtor for 30 years and done fix and flips for 20 years and have never been taken to the cleaners like this! I would have asked for a quote and called around and waited on my old company (who was busy, because they charge reasonable rates), but it was for a medical devise that I had to get installed right away and I was at the hospital with my wife so I had to find someone immediately. I expect people to be fair and honest, at a minimal have some self respect when charging someone for a job. I paid the bill because I asked them to come, but If I were you I would wait for someone else! They also left the place a total mess!

I am so pleased with the service from Electric Doctor. I spoke with Jimmie in the morning and Blake came out in the afternoon. This was a small job (few outlets and lights not working - and no, it wasn't the circuit breaker:) Blake found the problem quickly and explained what had happened and fixed the wires. Blake was professional, polite, efficient. And, with all that, the price was very reasonable. Even though my job was very small, Jimmie and Blake both treated me like a valued customer. I am so glad I found electricians I can trust, are timely, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Electric Doctor.
