Want to say thank you and to give kudos to Uli Alfaro and Ely for their great care in installing a new furnace/ water heater in my mom's house. Our technician was the best. He was knowledgeable beyond any tech we have ever dealt with, regardless of company. He strove for , and achieved, perfection in bring our brand new AC unit into conformance with the Xcel rules for receiving a rebate.
