We had somewhat of an emergency with our heating system and Heart Heating and Roberto came through with amazing same day service. Roberto was able to make it earlier than anticipated and stayed through the evening to make sure that our heat was up and running before he left. Great service, would highly recommend!

Be careful with this place and definitely get a second opinion! Our heat went out and their immediate suggestion was to get a new furnace because ours was 14 years old and “at the end of its life” (come to find out furnaces live 20-22 years if they’re well taken care of). Anthony quoted us 8k and up to 14k for a new high efficiency furnace. He seemed like a really nice person so it is possible he just didn’t know the actual issue and replacing seemed easier.We got a second opinion and they fixed it with a $500 part- all it needed was a new control panel and it was good as new. It’s been running seamlessly for a month now. The other contractors also said our furnace was in great shape and has another 6-8 years left.The pressure switch was going off intermittently which GW attributed to “condensate build up”. The second contractor found no build up at all and found the pressure switch was turning off because of the control panel issue. I wish I had asked for pictures or him to show me this “build up” but it didn’t get that far.Always be wary when any contractor immediately jumps to replacing your entire system! I think they kind of hinged on the fact that we were desperate because our heat was out.
