So at the recommendation of A neighbor, I called Absolute Heating & Electrical, and these guys were amazing. Isaac Jonsgaard came out first and said he thought it looked more like an electrical problem and sent out their Electrician, Seneca Trujillo. After replacing the circuit breaker in the basement and repairing some wiring at the outside A/C unit, we are back in business! $212! All on a Saturday and at the PEAK Covid-19 crisis! I won’t forget that part!!!It may not be the permanent fix but WAY better than dropping a huge amount of money on a new compressor as the first company wanted to do.These will be my go-to guys in the future for any Heating, A/C or Electrical work.Very, very well done Isaac Jonsgaard & Seneca Trujillo!

Attempted to schedule service with this company after purchasing a new home at the beginning of last month. I was told he would have a three week lead time, we discussed him doing the work at the beginning of the following month, that he would need to pull permits etc. We clarified the work that was needed as he had originally quoted for the realtor I was buying from. I explained there was confusion on what was supposed to be quoted, clarified what I actually needed and received the correct quote. I stated that I would follow up with the selling realtor about the confusion but that I would want him to go ahead with the work. When I never heard back from him regarding finalized scheduling of the project, I called back at the beginning of the month we had discussed. He had done nothing to prepare for the project, never followed up, and now had another three week lead time to do the work. This has vastly affected my ability to move into my new home as well as thrown off the entire timeline of the other renovations I am doing. He attempted to do nothing to ameliorate the communication error on his side. Would not recommend.

Brothers Plumbing was fantastic to work with! They were professional and punctual and our tech, Johnny M did a great job! The office called to give me a time window and Johnny confirmed before arriving. He was also great with our overly curious dog that kept interrupting his work. The gas line install was quick and looks great, we will definitely be using them again!

Great! I had a leg of my electric service fail. They came the next morning and located the underground fault . They had to repair all 3 lines. Unfortunately it failed again the next month. That time they were booked up for a week and I had no power (and no water because we have well water). I found another contractor (All Season Electric) and Genesis took care of the bill. Awesome service, super reasonable rates (Plumbline wanted more than 3 times what either of these companies wanted)

I cannot recommend Uli, Marshall, Jason, Johan and the whole team at Top Shelf enough.

I initially got in touch with Top Shelf because a different company had broken my water heater during a routine intake outtake pipe repair. The company claimed I needed a new heater entirely. Marshall came over and was very responsive to my questions, said that they might be right and I would need a new water heater, but that he'd look into it. After a half an hour or so he had the issue fixed: the previous company had installed a one way valve on the pipe going the wrong direction and so he just took that out and, viola, fixed.

I liked so much of how Marshall worked, I have just completed an HVAC installation with another of Top Shelf's technicians: Jason and his brother Johan. Despite having some setbacks with getting the metal ducting into our basement that weren't his fault, Jason stayed at our house until 8:30pm to make sure we had heat that night. Johan helped with all things electrical and I gather came over to help things done in a speedy matter given the install was done during a snowstorm. Both were extremely professional and easy to talk to. We're now sitting comfortably with a new HVAC and humidifier.

I plan on using Top Shelf anytime I need the services they offer - I'm already planning new electrical work with them here shortly. I encourage you to contact them - you won't be disappointed.

Alan Snyman is a good man. He helped me out of a couple of real jams that a previous company had put me in. Alan is professional, knowledgeable and likeable. I have a 25 year plus old boiler hot water heating system which up until now has needed very little maintenance. I had hired another contractor to get the unit back on track and they made a mess of things. Alan was able to help me get everything straightened out and running smoothly.I could not ask for a better experience. Alan and Blue Sky have been professional and responsive. Job well done.

We moved into a house in January, within two months on a fix/flip we had a drain in the laundry room that was flooded, Golden west came in and repaired/replaced all our main lines. We then had an additional leak nearby months later. They came and fixed it at no cost and got us back and running. Thanks for getting us back. We appreciate Ben's customer service, going the extra mile and attention to detail.
