S Star did the electrical work at our home when we did an update of our entire 1st floor in 2020. They did a great job then, but wasn't sure if they would be available to hang one new fixture & install timer on exterior light. So thankful I called because Ben showed up on time, completed the job quickly & made sure to clean up both work areas. I would highly recommend S Star for any electrical job...both big & small.

Justin and his apprentice (Alex I think) were on time and spent 12 hours doing a multitude of jobs which included an entire panel replacement. They were as kind, respectful, and professional at hour 12 as they were at hour 1. Justin explains everything as he goes so you know exactly what the problem is and what will be required to fix it. We didn’t even bother to get other quotes because after chatting with Justin, we knew why he came so highly recommended. Very happy with our experience and highly recommend! Chris came over the day of and fix an electrical problem I have been having since last night. He is super knowledgeable and helped calmed me down as I was freaking out about another costly home repair. He reassured us things would be okay and BOOM they were. To top it off because it wasn't as big of a project as first thought he gave us a HUGE price cut. I highly recommend Charles Thermidor and his team at CT Electrical Services to upgrade your electrical panel. Charles did the initial visit and assessment and made me feel 100% confident that they would get the job done right. We had a 125ish-amp main panel in our 100+ year-old house and needed to upgrade it to 200-amps to be able to put a 100-amp sub-panel in our new garage. Charles' team did a great job and Charles showed up to QA the work at the end of the job. I will call Charles for future electrical work.

We had a GREAT experience all around with Bryan and his team!
We had 3 appliances go out within 2 days and started hearing a crackling noise coming from our electrical panel. I looked up electricians in my area on Home Advisor and Bryan answered right away. I explained the problem and Bryan knew what it could be almost immediately and told me it could be potentially dangerous. I was able to get an estimate scheduled that day and he worked with my schedule and came late to diagnose the problem.
Bryan and Casey were able to diagnose the problem in 30mins (we were having electrical arcing inside our breaker box and it had basically melted two breakers. We needed to replace the whole electrical panel and they said that was very likely the reason why our appliances weren't working). He gave us several different options to fix the problem. We chose an option in our price range and he had an entire estimate written up the next day.
The day of the repairs Bryan, Casey, and Han were able to once again work with my schedule so I could get into the Dr :) They showed up very promptly and are a very efficient team. They moved right along on what looked like a huge undertaking and got the job done in a very timely manner; and all our broken appliances started working again! AND Bryan, Casey, and Han checked every outlet in our place to make sure they worked and labeled every breaker in the box. I have never lived in a place where all the breakers were correctly labeled.

Mr Electric was above superior. They came in and changed our new electric box inside and added new box outside. This allowed my husband to use medical equipment with out any electric problems.
