I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

I'm a really picky guy and I have been impressed by Louis and his team a number of times. He is like a walking encyclopedia of electrical/code knowledge, he knows how to work with our client's custom needs as well as great ideas on how to save money and come in on budget on bigger projects. They have been consistent and fair which seems to be really hard to find these days. I recommend them to my clients without hesitation!

Jerrald showed up in a timely manner to perform an annual service on my furnace. I especially liked the fact that he was clean and courteous, making it a point to cover his boots before walking around inside my home. After completing the service, Jerrald informed me of Wire Nut’s $99 annual HVAC service plan, which covers your furnace, AC compressor, and water heater. I was already expecting to pay $69 for the worked performed on my furnace, so an extra $30 to cover all the aforementioned items was a no-brainer. Thanks for the outstanding service and the overall cost savings!

We bought a house that needed a lot of work, so Chris and his crew were here for quite awhile. They replaced the panel, re-wired and grounded the entire house, changed every light fixture, installed smoke detectors, and added outlets where they needed to be up to code. Chris and Carlos did most of the work (and were fantastic), but everyone who came over did a great job. We had several contractors involved in this project, and Slade Energy was the ONLY one who didn't go way over the quoted price, ignore the schedule, or cause damage to other parts of the house. What I appreciated most was that Chris always kept me in the loop about the project. If they needed to re-schedule to wait for someone else to finish, he told me. If there was going to be an additional cost (usually because I added something), he told me. I've learned enough about contractors in the past few months to realize that's very rarely the case. When we were finally able to move and needed relatively minor electrical work done on our old home, I didn't even bother calling around for quotes. I didn't hesitate to hire Chris again and I would definitely recommend Slade Energy for any project, big or small.

A professional and courteous business providing excellent product at a fair price. From the first call to Dutch Creek Electric it was a pleasure. The electricians arrived on time and were very cordial and professional. I had them install 4 ceiling fans and replace a fifth. All work was completed timely and there was no debris or mess left behind. During there work they found my Excel meter box was pulling away from the house, a potential dangerous condition. I was given an immediate and reasonable quote for repairs and they were back in a couple days and completed those repairs.

Doesn't work with other trades! Use common sense guys that's all! It's not the employees company!

Their technician David arrived within the time window expected, was kind and professional through our interactions. Found the issue with the furnace, and took care of it. Showed us how to change our own filter (previous company’s installers had not!). Also added value to the visit by thoroughly checking the furnace out to make sure it was operating safely before her left. Kudos an thanks again!

Chad helped me with some recessed lighting in my basement and did a fantastic job. Not only was he quick, but he did things with quality and made it simple for me to patch things up when he was through. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend.

I stopped by to ask a quick question about a residential wiring issue that I had, i’d taken multiple pictures and was well prepared for any answer. Unfortunately a sign on the door says visitors by appointment only, I called and spoke to “Larry” , He didn’t seem interested in even coming out from behind a desk to talk to me, or even look at the pictures, I get that it wouldn’t have netted him any income, but in the interest of good PR probably should’ve made the effort. Based On this experience I will not be contacting them for any of my residential electrical needs which from what it looks like would be possibly rewiring my home
